DS is so into B-IIII-G trucks right now, that it seems like that's all we're reading. This book does indeed show big trucks. The dialogue is simple with real photographs as illustrations. I like the book for a jumping off point for dialogue. We turn each page and decide whether mommy, daddy, or Bobo is going to drive. Then, we talk about what we are going to do in that particular truck (dig, dump, or push). Great for bonding with a little man!

I checked this material out from our library. It is a board book. I was expecting something more appropriate for the target audience (babies).
Very disappointing book.

I do not care for the illustrations, how it jumps back and forth between the different machines with no pattern, or anything besides the large font. My baby does love this one though and demands we read "digga" multiple times a day.
