A good reference book for nutrition rich recipes and focused exercises. I liked that it contained meal plans and exercise programs. The book is compact -- just 123 pages, but full of instruction.

The book could be a good reference for just about any person -- athlete or not.

This book is amazing, I personally keep myself strong and healthy by eating well, work out regularly, and meditate. I am vegan and most of the time I read books or try to follow other peoples recipe, it was hard to follow them cause most of the recipes are not vegan. This book is actually support my vegan life style as well as other options! It makes me happy and feeling satisfied for the money Ive spent for this value knowledge of health and wellness! and I recommend everyone to read this book ...more
