August 28, 2016A small pocket sized book, that states it is a "Visitor Guides To Hawai'i". Has very brief entries on lots of different subjects, just enough to wet you appetite on the subject to due further reading or I guess know if the subject is not for you. Would also be perfect if you wanted to share some very brief facts or history with teens or older children prior to or during a trip to Hawai'i. The book is broken into 4 sections; The Hawaiian Islands (general facts); Visiting Hawai'i (weather, food, music, language, etc.); Natural History (volcanos, flora & fauna, birds & animals, fruits & nuts); History (time-line, Pre-European, Cpt. Cook, Kings & Queens of Hawai'i, missionaries, American Rule).
