对中国人很实用的一本营养书!作者的临床经验为本书增色不少。读完感觉中国人大部分的营养问题都是不吃肉蛋奶造成的,跟美国真是不一样

科普性打五🌟

要摄入足够的肉蛋奶肝脏水果蔬菜才有健康体魄

(唯一不足是书里有很多例子令人怀疑,比如很多病别的科室都治不好,但用营养学调整膳食基本很快就能治愈。虽说膳食是个好角度,但还是觉得略夸张了🫣)

总而言之就是什么都吃,尤其是肉蛋奶,因为性价比高。医生建议一天最好吃三十种食物,我试问自己三天能吃够吗。。

太喜欢作者了,就像我大学教授一样,感觉北京话就在耳边(笑)。自然而基础的饮食指南,没有说教,没有概念贩卖,没有形而上。娓娓道来的食物与生活。这不就是最自然的吗?人本没有那样玄妙高端,健康朴素才是永恒的生。女作家、女教授的温和以及对每个个体平等的关切体现在字字句句之中。

优点大于缺点的一本书,但是缺点显眼的几乎让我没办法读下去。
