As a guide for reflection, it does not give many specific instructions. Rather vague in describing how to lead theological reflection. If this was a book about how to drive a car, it would say, "Get in and start the car. Steer where you want to go. Avoid trees." If you want mechanics on how to lead, the book says you'll have to just do it until you realize you're doing it.

A well-prepared model and method for serving as a facilitator of faith formation groups by ensuring theological reflection is incorporated to the benefit of all participants. Provides clear examples present in American Catholic parishes. Looking forward to re-reading it as needed for many years to come.
