Nero 1000 is book six and the final one in the Cyborgs: Mankind Redefined by Donna McDonald. I have been reading this series from the beginning so I was expecting the Creator Omega to be revealed. What I wasn’t expecting was all the hard hitting questions along with so some of the others who had backed the Creator. Science Fiction that shows how today’s world climate could allow this to happen. Perhaps it has been written to make us think as well as to entertain, which it does in spades,

Have to say that this was one of my most anticipated reads of this series and it disappointed me.
Nero trades himself to save Aja from Creator Omega despite knowing that it may lead to some terrible consequences.
That is the basic plot line for this story and it wasn’t very exciting.
Nero and Aja had very little to do with everything else going on. Once Nero was rescued, which was surprisingly easy overall, they kind of vanish and the rest of the story is from the other characters perspectives. ...more

I’ve been reading this series since the beginning and I have to say Nero is a great character – I’ve found myself constantly saying “awwwwwww!” throughout the stories and this time that is mixed with wanting to stand with him and help get him out of the “situation” he finds himself in.
No spoilers but the cyber community – soldiers and scientists and hackers – are amazing and make this story fast and furious. There are lots of bad guys, REALLY bad guys, and much good folks – both human and cyber ...more

The book was just as awesome as all the previous ones and keeps you at the edge of your seat from start to finish. It has everything you want in a romance, plenty of action, adventure, evil mad scientist, love, and steamy hot romance with awesome characters? Hopefully it's not the end of the series because it is an awesome series. I love reading about cyborgs, definitely a must buy, and very highly recommended series. ...more

Oh Wow, I Loved this series and didn't want it to end. It kept me reading day and night till i got through all 6 books, every time someone called i was like, sorry i gotta go, I'm reading about my cyborgs. Yes i felt like they were actually mine, i bonded with all of them. I highly recommend the series lots of action, romance, screaming, laughing and crying. It has it all!!! ...more

This is Nero 1000, book 6 of Cyborgs:Mankind Redefined series written by Donna McDonald. Its the exciting conclusion of this series and action packed. Nero is captured by the bad guys and forced through some unwanted changes while everyone arranges to rescue him. There is so much going on that if you blink, you may miss something! Read along as Aja and all of the others attempt this life-saving rescue!
An action packed thrill ride from beginning to end. All of the characters from this series make appearances in this conclusion of the overarching plot line giving us true closure even as I wish for more. Nero and Aja are the focus of the story but the whole gang has to step up facing the big baddie and his minions as well as the bureaucracy. The storyline and characterization are entertaining. However, more proofreading is needed. There were numerous missing words, incorrect pronouns and spelling errors.

If I had read the previous books in this series it might not have been so confusing for me. Lots of characters to keep track of. Did like Nero and how he would do anything for his love.
