Essential reading for the new normal

As a creative, I found this book to be both illuminating and inspiring. But people in both traditional and non-traditional work roles can find those things in these pages. And I loved the story telling style of Adam's writing. The book is engaging, entertaining, and informative. Recommended.

A new economic paradigm.

It’s a great explanation of the new economy environment that the internet has created over the last decade. Individuals have access to global audiences which allows them to reach the perfect market for the value they created by following their passion. High degree of customization and ever changing value proposition are the name of the game.

Really interesting aspects to it and it is helpful in seeing the different ways in which the economy works now. Perhaps it is impossible to really delve into how to really find that passion and monetize it.
