Was recommended to me to read as a “natural approach to conducting”. Interesting to think about how the mind and body and the most subtle cues can make or break your ride (or your podium time). Similar to reading ‘Inner game of tennis’ from a musicians perspective

She uses a lot of imagery and visualization to bypass overthinking in learning to ride. I like the approach and have found it helpful. It's a book I've returned to many times in trying to improve my riding skills.
