The BEST data strategy book I've seen (for marketing, not other areas). It focuses on the mindset, the key points to focus on, and the general points of how to drive an enterprise into data driven heaven. Tons of case studies, the authors have been first line in the transformation of big company names. A great chapter on "how to make it real for your company" with very down to earth tips on the corporative implementation and checklist. A MUST!
