I enjoyed this cookbook. It has several recipes that are approachable, easy to throw together quickly, and most can be made using items from any well stocked pantry and fridge.

I particularly liked the tips for meal planning.

My only suggestion is that I would have enjoyed even more photographs!

Since going gluten free the number one thing Ive struggled with is breakfast. Finding something quick and easy but also filling was hard, as I often was hungry long before lunch. This cookbook is full of filling recipes that I can prep beforehand, easing the strain on my busy mornings. The photos are beautiful and the recipes delicious. I love breakfast foods it is my favorite meal of the day. I really love this book it has a great selection of recipes. It even has homemade yogurt which I havent made since I was young but after seeing the recipe in this book I plan on trying it again I loved making it fresh but just stopped makingit somewherealong the way.

I love breakfast foods anytime of the day. Usually in the morning I dont make elaborate breakfast but, I enjoy it at other times.

There is a good mixture of breakfast foods. You have homemade yogurt which I havent ever made but after seeing the recipe in this book I plan on trying it now. Chia Seed Pudding which was very easy to make and not to mention very tasty. Then you have your more traditional foods like eggs and bacon. Some people look forward to waking up every morning just for the sheer joy of eating breakfast.  Others feel that breakfast is a waste of calories and try to hold out until lunchtime.  Still other people are puzzled about how to eat a healthy breakfast that won't take too long to prepare.  Any or all of these folks might enjoy a look at this cookbook that is only about that first meal of the day...though who is to stop you from having breakfast for dinner?

Once upon a time I heard that breakfast was the most important meal of the day and should have lots of protein to give you a boost. And, lately, Ive heard that people are getting healthier without even eating breakfast and just drinking coffee. Me? I like breakfast; it probably has a lot to do with that whole thing about me liking food anyway. How could I miss out on a meal?!

I was happy to find, read and now review The Healthy Breakfast Cookbook by Shayna Telesmanic. She has written a cookbook with varied recipes that should make almost anyone happy. More of a 2.5 stars. The book should have been just called "The breakfast Cookbook". It has 75 recipes of different breakfast foods- but with options that include plenty of ground beef, ground pork, crispy bacon, meat sausages and lots of eggs - I would not include the word "Healthy" on the cover or in the book description. Catchy, but dishonest. Otherwise, it has some usual recipes for smoothies, yogurt-based dishes, granola, lots of egg and meat dishes, toast/pancakes/waffles and so on- the ...more

Cookbook math = The number of recipes I use divided by the cost of the cookbook. That's how I know a cookbook is a good buy. I received this book at no charge thanks to the publisher for my review so the fact I have used none of these; well, I'd call it a draw.

There are many good recipes with varying degrees of difficulty. If you're looking to change up your morning routine, you're gonna have to practice these recipes on the weekend before you try to replicate on a busy morning. I did find some

This is a wonderful book to add to one's cookbook collection. The recipies are simple and healthy. It is perfect for the family. I found many wonderful recipes in it and find that my family loves them.

A huge variety of recipes. Each recipe has the per serving breakdown. There are labels on the recipe for dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Everything looks delicious.
