Pat shapes a new way to consider Toastmaster "programs" in a corporate environment. By some small tweaks and language change, the program will fit better with the needs of Toastmasters in a corporate environment.

Having started a toastmasters club I can say that this would have been helpful to read beforehand as it would have saved several roadblocks I encountered through the process.
