This book is the story of Pierre. If you are American, this is not the book for you. It is about a man named Pierre. No true American is named Pierre. That kind of thing may be OK in Canada but no true blood American would ever be named Pierre. That name is practically French. Forget the French man. They talk funny and they hate football and hamburgers. The Eifel Tower isn't the tallest building anymore. You know what is? A building in DUBAI. What has America come to? A bunch of fat slack jawed morons arguing about who should have won The Bachelor! That's it. I'm moving to Japan. Domo Oregato, Mr. Roboto.

Written in 1912, it is a series of books about Pierre and his family in the Far North. His family is religious and try to do the best they can. Guess who is ungodly?
