About book :
Most of us often feel empty at heart even after achieving success, or we are confused about where life is taking us. This book reveals the reason behind the feelings of emptiness and why we feel that we are pushing our life instead of living life.

My Review :

Author shared 10 milestones in this book which we have to achieve on the journey towards well-being.

This book is based on author's own life experiences. Language is very easy. Some concepts explained by giving appropriate examples.

She wants to say that it is in our hands to design our life in the way we want it to be.

In this book she shared step by step process to break mental barriers, things to be done to change you from existing you to future you, power of work in the present moment, how to widen our vision, how to come out of our comfort zone, how to fight with inner demons, how affirmations works, imp of small habits, how yoga impact each aspect of life etc.

If you achieve all these milestones you will definitely live the the way you want.

My favourite lines from book are :
"It's there planning, choices, hard work and focus on that one goal that brings success to that person."

"Everything you choose today will design your future accordingly."

"Changing small habits will bring big changes into your life."

Overall book is a guide to teach you how to live life instead of pushing it.

Highly recommended to everyone.

Push Start To Auto Start

It's a self help book. The author here tried it's best to motivate the readers to do their best in their life and lead a prosperous life. The book is divided into ten chapters, each of them dealing with various issues also providing the solutions and remedies for the issues. The author has indebt power in this genre and has given an utmost knowledge of wisdom by sharing various examples like real life incidents of the author itself and also set examples for others. The tips or the valuable information provided in the books are worthy to read and also will boost up one's attitude and will change the outlook of one individual and form a better persona.

The narration is not a faced paced is what I experienced also sometimes the extra detailing of things makes it a lengthy read. But the language is easy to understand. Recommend for beginners and self help lovers will definitely like this book a lot. Though I'm not much of a fan of this genre still this book holds the power to manifolds one's behavior. The cover is beautiful and the title also satisfies the theme of the book.

Push Start to Auto Start by Anu Kushwaha is a self help book that focuses on filling up the hole that people still feel even after their lives are otherwise blissful. The book is divided into 10 sections each talking about different issues people can relate to and talks about ways that one can help themselves.

I am not a person who reads self help books that often but I'm glad I read this one since it's not too much too on the nose but simple and straight forward. However, as every person is different so I am not sure if it will be able to help everyone and that all the ways that are listed in the books are probably directed at a certain amount of people and not just individual life problems. Since everyone is not able to take control of their lives or seek help, the helpful ways then become irrelevant for them but I still appreciate it. The writing style is pretty easy and easy to get used to. The book deals with real issues and talks about them in an honest way which I appreciated a lot.

I would definitely recommend it.

Pushstart to autostart

#Insight-
I have always noticed an eerie negligence in readers when offered a self-help book coming under not so big banners. Obviously there are excellent writers of all times in this genre and even i keep resisting myself from reading indian authors in this genre but completing this book made me rethink on my proposition.

#Review
I like the way she headed all the chapters as 'mileatones' where in every passing chapter she have have dealt with an important aspects which makes up us as an individual.
Like it's said for every lock there's a different key similarly for every different person in problem a different preacher can help like no one else.

In many of the chapters author have tried explaining the conditions and how we deal or react to situations are in form or flow charts or block representation which one side helps in trackwise understanding it while also long lasts even when you finish reading it.

The other distinct quality of this book is that it talks things in very indian style when we read self help writers like Robin sharma or Mark Manson their brought up is in another country and culture which make thier thoughts and way of expression a little alienating on contrary while reading this book it felt like my own school teacher or my elder sister is discussing with me about how to deal with my problems.

#Drawbacks-
I didn't found any drawback infact i felt this book talks about little problems which one seldom talks about.

#Writing style- Easy ,relatable

#Target readers- Its good for every one, adolescent to adults will more relate to it.

#Rating- 4/5
