Top quality book. Incredible insightful by two hugely experienced teachers.

Fair. There is a lot of cultural anthropology mixed in with the purported subject. This made the reading choppy, and at times it felt like I was reading university term papers. I would have preferred it if they stuck to the subject, rather than long-winded discussions of world-wide beliefs.

I thought I would get into this book more than I actually did. It's a good read, but didn't quite hook me....
