من الكتب النفسية القليلة الموجهة للأطفال.. يهدف لتعليم المهارات النفسية الأساسية التي يحتاجها الطفل لمواجهة القلق.. وهي أمور لم نتعلمها في المدارس للأسف بل بالتجربة والاحتكاك بالحياة. يعتمد الكتاب على تقنيات العلاج العرفي السلوكي المبني على السيطرة علي الانفعالات من خلال السيطرة علي الأفكار التلقائية غير المفيدة..
الكتاب موجه للأطفال في سن 6- 10 ولكن يمكن تكييف معظم التمارين والأنشطة للأطفال الأكبر أو الأصغر سنًا.
بل قد يكون مفيدا للكبار أيضا، لو أرادوا قراءة شيء خفيف سهل الفهم والتطبيق، دون شرح معقد.
الكتاب ليس بديلا للعلاج النفسي بالطبع لكنه طريف ومفيد وكفيل بتغيير مودك

Finding natural solutions and remedies for kids with anxiety has never been easier than with this cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) workbook for kids. Geared towards kids, this workbook is filled with cute illustrations, fill in the blanks, activities and journal entries. There are over 40 activities that will help kids tackle their fears and worries head on and feel confident in their ability to banish anxiety or at least put it on a back burner. This book is probably geared towards kids grades 2-6, but depending on the child and the help of a parent or a trusted adult, most, if not all, the exercises and activities can be adapted for older or younger kids. An excellent workbook for kids!

Please note, I am not a kid. I'm about as far away from a kid as you can be. But I needed something fast to deal with obsessive anxiety that was keeping me up at night, and this book was available for same-day shipping. I have to say, it worked. It gave me something silly to do, allowed me to channel my worries in a logical way, and I totally valued it in my time of need. Great therapy for all ages!
