Great series of books for introducing a more difficult science subject. I learned a lot right along with my children. Our favorite title in the series so far has been 'Cell Wars' - absolutely fascinating!

Although this book is a little dated, it is a great informational book about cells. This would be a great non-fiction book to help introduce cells to younger grades. Very detailed but easy to read.

A perfect (and indeed, award winning) introduction to cells, DNA and chromosomes for 7-10 year olds. Colourful, clear, concise. Such a shame it is out of print.
