Look What I Found
The Sesame Street friends decide to take a bus and go on a nature expedition in a forest. Along the way they discover different plants and animals. Ending the day with a picnic.
My Thoughts:
I’ve never been on a nature hunt. Although nature’s very much a part of my new beliefs and journey. Reading this book made me wanna hop on a bus in the morning and go out to the nearest forest I could find. They brought all these things with them (notebook, binoculars, sketchbook), but instead of Ernie carrying all his memorabilia of the day around in a brown paper bag, I wish they could have given him a scrapbook. Which would have been a lot more pretty and interesting way to display the objects he found. I know Sesame Street probably has a arts and crafts store. But I think this book had a cool idea in it! It’s something I wouldn’t mind trying (minus all the bugs and possibly snakes that live in a forest).
