An excellent reference for metal thread embroidery. This is not a how-to manual, however, and although there are a number of diagrams on how stitches are formed, this is more of an encyclopaedia of metal thread embroidery, touching on history, materials, techniques and artistic possibilities. But for that it is very thorough.
