I was curious about this particular cookbook from Gooseberry Patch because I try to make holidays a little special for my family. However, to my disappointment, I found it organized by the seasons rather than actual holidays. Then, I saw that it contained a number of recipes that my adult children and definitely my grand-daughter would never eat. However, I did find a few recipes that were interesting including, but not limited to: Peppermint Punch, Deep South Chicken & Dumplings, Christmas Eve Soup, and JoAnn's Holiday Brie. I was also happy to see a Cheeseburger Pizza recipe included.
