I had a hard time trying to finish the book, and in the end, I skimmed to the end. A lot of things are interesting about it; psychology and physiology are interconnected, and stress does have an impact on our bodies. But after about 150 pages there isn't anything new added to the conversation. It was cool to look back into the past about how people thought about stress and it's impact, but we know much more now, so it was a bit boring.
