Here is detailed explanation for the beginner or review for the experienced investor. The author explains the stock market, its operations, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average. He advises on how to select a broker and open a brokerage account, how to invest in bonds, how to understand mutual funds, how to read financial statements and more. Gradually, the reader is introduced to complex aspects of finance.
This book came highly recommended but finally ended as a big turn down. What it promised was a layman's guide to market and stocks but it's so full of Jargons I'd to look at other books. The intelligent investor is much much better.
