I was trying to find easy to make but healthy recipes. Found several here, including the use of sheet pans and insta pots. Good book with easy to follow instructions.
I want to focus on eating with a more paleo mindset. I'm feeling unhappy with our eating style at the moment. The problem with a lot of paleo recipes is the time commitment or the weird ingredients. I visited a bookstore yesterday and actually looked at the recipes to see how "do-able" they are.
A lot of the recipes sound easy and simple as the title suggests. Now to see if they are just as good. Hope to update my rating as we cook some of these recipes.
Mary has provided many recipes that my family can all enjoy and that I can prepare in the instant pot or on one sheet pan. Some of our favorites are recipes like sheet pan Pad Thai, sheet pan Turkey Meatloaf with potatoes and green beans, Prosciutto/Chicken/Asparagus Bundles; we love her instant pot Mississippi Pot Roast, Jambalaya, and Chicken Pot Pie soup.
Picked this up due to front cover photo. Much to my disappointment, that recipe did not seem to make the book. There were several recipes I’d like to try however and the one I have made so far was excellent.
I saw this and got super excited, considering all of the positive reviews. This was not a book for me. The recipes did not appeal. Most of the time I can find at least a few that I want to try, there was nothing here for me. On the plus side most of the recipes seemed pretty simple and there were quite a few pictures. N
