I will start off by saying books that are period /historical themed aren’t really my thing. I did however find myself enjoying this. I liked how a modern concept had been wrapped in a historical setting with historical language and mannerisms. The authors hard work was evident throughout the book. I do however think the author needs to include in the book description / categories that this book is a historical / period set romance as well as fantasy.
