I was a contributing writer to this series of math books. These were produced by Kirchoff/ Wohlberg. My mother, Mary Jane Martin, was the managing editor on the project. It was a joy to work with Time Life and the series was creatively challenging. The intent was to provide interesting math content for teaching and learning math at home. Math is really a language, and the earlier a child can learn and love this language, the better.

My four-year-old enjoyed this book, and I think will learn a lot from it with repetive readings.
