I LOVE the Brad Frame series, can't seem to get enough. They are all so well written with interesting characters and storyline. There are actually 2 stories, Sharon is undercover in one and Brad is investigating a wrongful arrest. Both keep your interest and curiosity. This author knows how to engage the reader thru the entire book. Very enjoyable and entertaining!!

Get drawn in to intrigue
What would happen if Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote a story about Watson instead of the Master Sleuth? It sure would break things up a little, that's for sure. In Flynt's 9th book in the Brad Frame Mystery Series, Brad's assistant, the lovely Sharon Porter - code name Sharon Rojo - is tossed (willingly, knowingly) into a pit of corporate intrigue in a top legal firm to help her boss. Assigned to the Dragon Lady's office (we've all run into one of those during our lives, yes?), she helps investigate some dastardly deeds and stumbles on an unexpected murder. She wraps things up and is smart, confident and capable. No damsel in distress, I look forward to the further exploits of Brad Frame & Co.

Sharon is asked to go in undercover in the city council. They see were one person, Parson, is buying property and reselling making a profit. Information on who comes to se him. Then she stumble upon where there has been a murder. While Brad investigating a high profile case. Nick a silent partner are at odds Good flowing plot, that easily unfolds for us to follow these two cases. Read and find out the outcome, of how these two figure it out,

Back to my hometown
An engaging story set along the main line boro of Bryn Mawr into downtown Philly. I grew up near there so could readily envision the various locales in the story. From row houses to mansions to the Amish area in Lancaster County, I remember them. The solving of three plots through the diligent work of the detectives kept my interest in how the clues merged to allow a successful conclusion. Expect to keep reading until you are done.

This story has both Brad and Sharon involved in different cases.
Sharon is request by the State Attorney General's office to assist them with a finance corruption case involving a city councilman. She winds up going undercover and is hired by the law firm where the councilman is a partner. In following this case, she develops evidence of the crime. Before they can act fully, another incident at the law firm creates a bigger issue.
Brad is working with a defense lawyer who is trying to defend a handy man that is accused of murder. Brad follows the evidence and has information that may provide the necessary information to prove him innocent. The lawyer in the case does not seem as interested any longer since he gets involved in the case that Sharon was working on.
The ending brings all of the facts together and resolves both cases.
If you want to find out all of the facts, then you need to read this book which I recommend highly. You won't be disappointed.

Corruption
I liked the book because it kept you wondering who did it. How are they going to nab the corrupted councilman. I didn't like the way they used the third person in one chapter and the first person in another. I was never sure which detective was telling the story. Anybody above the age of 12 would probably like the story.
