I found this at Barnes and Noble and didn't look at the publication date at all, figuring Barnes and Noble wouldn't be selling out of date health books. Wrong. This is from 1989. The list of medications provided quite the trip down memory lane. It seemed useful enough, but I have to imagine a lot of the information is pretty dated.
My favorite part was when the author was trying to talk about variations in diet according to ethnic group. Apparently the diversity of ethnic groups in America can be summed up as "black," "Mexican" and "Chinese." Oh dear . . .
