"Intermediate" is disingenious as this is geared toward the absolute beginner. I was hoping to find information more on the internals and how to scale SQL databases, but I was not able to find anything.

Rated this a little higher than I was inclined because the 1-star review felt kind of unhelpful.

One downside of learning by working through tutorials is that you pick up un-even context. I found this a fairly helpful glossing of where my gaps were after just such an effort.
