Loved it! This short story is in the Obsessive Temptation anthology featuring a bevy of different authors. Dallas is a cop who moonlights as a bouncer at a club where Candi works. I downloaded this book thinking I haven't read it,however as soon I started I realized that that I have read it. I looked for my review and couldn't find it,so I reread the whole thing.
Anyway,it was nice spending time with Dallas and Candi,again. I hope Tanner will have his own story.
As for Lamont,I hope that he gets some good loving in the prison. ...more

Dallas and Candi worked at the same bar. He is captivated with her but holds back. When she is threatened by her ex, Dallas comes to her aid. She was in an abusive relationship but knows that Dallas is someone special. This story draws you in and have you cheering this couple to make it to a lifetime of happiness.
Yeah! This story hit all the high marks. Strong alpha male with damage and a hot babe with baggage. Great character development, great plot, great writing style, great everything! I feel I got really lucky finding this book and am looking forward to many more by this author. If you like romance, you'll love this story. Period.

Tiktok made me do it! And im not sorry! I really enjoyed this book. I fell in love with the characters and i was sad when it ended. The ONLY reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it was short. I wanted more. Dallas is a tough, rough, growly alpha and i loved how possessive and protective he was with Candi. Im excited to read more from this author ❤

So meeting the right person to love and who loves you back can soften your heart and give you the motivation you need to make a change in your life. Love is not suppose to hurt and Candi realized that and change her scenery, then she found true love and is living her best life. I love your stories keep writing them.

An amazing storyline that was pulled together with ease. Candi was a troubled person that was trying to put her troubles behind her. Dallas had his own dark past but knew she was his future.

Wow, this one really had you thinking about all of the everyday issues that happen to often. Dallas is the example of a true hero. Candi was strong for the way she responded and took control of her life. Overall a cute love story by a great author.

Dallas, the first in the Trust & Honor series is stand alone story about Dallas and Candi. The length of the book was in between a short story and what I would call a full length novel, so the characters seemed to jump right into the relationship. I'd recommend this book to people who like romantic suspense.

I love Dallas. This is a great storyline of a damsel in distress that needs a hero. Dallas is everything you need in one tough package. Excellent performance from Lacy.
