Taking Down Evelyn Tait is the kind of story you can't help but fall in love with. It's full of mischief, messy family dynamics, chaotic friendships, and characters with pure hearts of gold. Lottie is mischief personified and she is a glorious blaze of magnetic energy on every page. Also her character arc? Love! The whole story is gorgeously family-centric too and it balances the fun scenes with the emotionally vulnerable moments perfectly.

Full RTC closer to release, but put this on your TBRs!!

Disclamer, I almost never read contemporary.

This was pretty cute. The main character didn't seem to actually care about the outcome of her goal and a lot of the solutions seemed too easy. However I liked the characters and it seemed to do a great job of immersing me in the feel of Australia.
