I've just read the most amazing book. If anyone is interesting in follow a 'diet' which is calorie counting, then this is the book for you. John and Charlotte have followed this plan with amazing results. By the way, the word 'diet' is banned!
Some of the recipes are tweaked so you get the goodness of the veggies and fruit we all need in life..
These recipes look fulfilling and tasty. I have already placed my food delivery for next week to start cooking and prepping. I've ordered some post it notes to annotate the book.

I am truly excited for 2021 food journey without feeling deprived of yummy food.
Charlotte and John have shown me all food are allowed and nothing is put of bounds.
There is recipes for cakes and brownies.
Whats better you can prep and make some for work the next day. John advised the best way to save money and definitely not waste food.

Much more unique recipes than the chicken and broccoli everyday meal prep you normally see.

I really enjoyed this cookbook/ meal plan tutorial. I like the simple format that makes everything obtainable and user friendly. Seems like a good way to start a meal prep journey.
I have been meal prepping for a long time now, not years and years but I do think there are ups and downs to this lifestyle. Presented here in the cookbook are recipes that sound absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to try some out.
I do like the fact that nothing is off limits for this meal plan, but I would like to see more information about if there are certain dietary restrictions. Or information if there are multiple people who will be using this plan together. (I get doubling for two people) but I mean like for families. How would this work with children or would the amount of prepping be too much for a larger family?
Space is certainly an issue, so I like that the book talked about using what you have and cleaning out your freezer ahead of time! I like many others look to save money and resources when cooking for the week or month especially with a family, so I appreciate the focus of doing both with this meal plan.

Really excited to jump into implementing these recipes and techniques!!!

Thanks John!

Macro counting and meal prep are things I’m already familiar with but I’m always on the look out for more inspiration and tips. The Meal Prep King Cookbook delivered on that level for me. While a lot of the meals are slightly high in fat content for my liking this can be easily remedied by modifying certain aspects and my needs are not the same as everyone else’s are.

Whether you are experienced in meal prep or a total beginner this book is great. For the beginner it talks you through the basics of meal prep and macro counting. The recipes are varied and do not look too complicated. I look forward to trying some out for myself.

Very motivational. Enjoyed reading the background story of both people before they got started. Relatable for people all over. Plenty of recipes given to get started and they are simple to make. Only thing is though, when considering making a novel I understand people have their preferences however from a marketing point of view, in making the novel it should have included more vegetarian and at least a few vegan based meals to really expand the reach of readers and followers.

I was sceptical, and you will need to heavily invest in store cupboard ingredients, fresh meat & veggies and Pyrex / Tupperware (so I’m not sure how economical meal prepping is) but every recipe I’ve made has tasted delicious. If this is healthy eating, sign me up!

This guy has zero idea about food or nutrition. He can calorie count and that’s it. He’s got problematic views in more ways than one, and can’t articulate anything half intelligent.
