Simplistic thriller that has you on tenderhooks until the last page. A Princess Diana like British Princess is kidnapped by Spanish separatists ETA from under the nose of the Spanish King. It is down to a British Agent and his Spanish counterpart to rescue the hapless Princess before the deadline of her execution. The fast paced plot chugs along with little let up. Although in the end it is the incompetence of the terrorists rather than any great detective work by the agents that resolves the story. Recommended if you like fast paced thrillers that are easy to read.
