This was a great addition to the ongoing series. I really loved Beast in this story because I was having my doubts if I was going to like him at all and then when we saw he was attracted to Janie "well ", I thought this arrogant a** isn't going to stand a chance with her and "boy", was a wrong. Lol
I loved Janie even if she was not the typical socialite wife because that is what we loved about her the most as she made the perfect one but, she was so much more. We found Janie to be fun and determined, and we really saw her take charge of her life even after so many mishaps was getting in the way she stood strong and proud and made the best of it but, one thing for sure is that arrogant prick of a husband of hers didn't know his women at all if he thought she was just going to take what he dished out lying down.
Beast was one of those characters that is all alpha all the time but, he has been learning to dial it back a bit if he wants to catch the girl and keep her because she is not the type any longer who will put up with a man lording over her. I loved his struggles with thinking he was not good enough for Janie when he was just the type of man she did need in and out of bed and "boy", did these two have some awesome chemistry.
Overall we really enjoyed the story and although it was quite different from the other stories in this series and not as suspenseful this story had more of an interaction with the club old ladies and the other members, and we really loved that and by the end of the story there was no doubt in my mind the both Janie and Beast were destined to be soulmates as they made a wonderful couple.
We are so loving this series and the wonderful characters that it has.

I was hooked from the first chapter. Janie is a politician’s wife and it isn’t as glamorous as one would think. She is unhappy and when she finds out some unsettling news about her husband leaving him is the only thing to do. Of course he doesn’t make it easy on her and she is ready for the fight. What she isn’t ready for is to meet someone, especially this quickly.
Beast is a part of a motorcycle club and is transitioning to a new chapter. He wants a fresh start after what he thought was his happy ending turned out to be heartbreak. He had no plans on falling for anyone but he can’t seem to shake Janie and he will do whatever he needs to do to protect her.
I enjoyed this story but wish Beast's parts were written in his point of view not how it was.

Warning!!! This book will have you in its clutches and will not let go until you are done. If you are one of the few that can put it down then you will be thinking about it and dying to find out what comes next the whole time!!! This book is hella addicting and will suck you right in.
Beast and Janie don't have an easy romance. She has a dirty as hell Politian for a soon to be ex that is going to make things harder than anyone realized and has experienced some major heartache . Beast doesn't think she belongs and he isn't shy in stating that and in not the nicest of ways to say the least. He has experienced his own heartache and once he opens himself up to Janie he is another MC badass that is alpha as hell and will do what it takes to protect what is his.

Janie wasn’t happy with the life she was living so when she found out that the man she married is not the man she thought he was she is determined to have a fresh start and focus on her own happiness. The only problem is that he is a powerful man and isn’t about to let her destroy the image he portrays.
Beast is part of the Riot MC who due to his past has decided that love and relationships aren’t worth the pain they bring. From his first meeting he is drawn to Janie but knows in his head that being with her is dangerous, but his heart hasn’t received the message.
I really enjoyed the strength and perseverance that Janie shows, and Beast is a sexy protector who any woman would be happy to call her own.

Tripping into love
Love, Love, LOVE this series! The instant family feeling of this MC drew me in from page 1 of Unforeseen Riot and continued with each new couple! I fell hard for Beast when he first showed up in Liar's story, but his reaction to Janie sealed my love of this couple!

When you have stuff to do, it's best not to start a Karen Renee book because, undoubtedly, stuff will NOT get done.
Once I started Janie and Beast's adventure, I couldn't stop.
Despite the shite storm Janie finds herself in, she's bold, daring, fun, and compassionate. She's down to earth despite what her lifestyle would stereotypically dictate, and it was fun watching the uptown girl fully embrace her inner biker babe.
Beast has his own heartache to carry and yet proves to be another badass alpha biker, putting his woman first in everything and going to extremes to do so.
Once I started Janie and Beast's adventure, I couldn't stop.

Oh, how I adored Beast and Janie! For a man who treats Janie like she doesn’t belong (sometimes almost cruelly), Beast sure was quick to jump into action for the woman he kept swearing was trouble and not meant for him. As for Janie, she’s experienced some of the worst heartache a woman can, and she’s finally had enough and decides to change her fate. Of course, she’s not counting on a no-good soon-to-be-ex playing dirtier than dirty, the revelations that come her way, or a dangerously hot man named Beast coming into her life.
Beast and Janie had a bit of a rocky start, but I couldn’t stop reading because I HAD to find out where they went next. And trust me, I wasn’t disappointed! Their story was painfully real, honest, and proved just how hard a Riot MC man is willing to fight to keep the woman he never expected to love.

I am hooked
This is the first book I read in the series, but it won’t be the last one. I so enjoyed reading it. There was mystery, rotten spouses and bad Ex girlfriends, slutty neighbors, hot handsome bikers, and a beautiful woman who just want kids and someone who would love her and put her first. HEA. No cliffhanger. Now that I stayed up all night reading this wonderful book, it’s time for sleep. This should be in audible format too.

Karen Renee is a new author for me and I have to say that she is an enjoyable one at that. Respectable Riot is the story of Jane Ramos – Palmer and David ‘Beast’ Huntley. Jane is living a lie, in a marriage with a political figure, abused, cheated on and full of broken dreams, she just wants to get out of her marriage after tragedy has struck and has no support from her slimy husband. She comes across Beast, a man whose world has already been turned upside down. He’s not ready for a new relationship but is intrigued by the flash fire feelings that he instantly feels for Jane, but their path to a HEA is not smooth sailing and is fraught with drama, twist and turns and the power from others who want to keep them apart.
This is quite an emotional read, mainly because both characters bring a lot of baggage to their relationship and there were often moments throughout the book where they had a will they/won’t they type of relationship. Jane was a strong character and really tried not to depend on anyone but herself and I think she was frustrated as I was with Beast’s mixed messages and trying to hook up with other women. That being said, Beast is certainly a strong, alpha male who had the rug swept out from under him, so you do understand why he is the way he is.
There are a lot of characters in this book which add to the story and also leaves you intrigued to find out what has happened to them. You also get a great sense of brotherhood/sisterhood between all of the characters. This MC is certainly full of alpha males who all seem to have each other’s back and show that blood doesn’t necessarily make family. Also, Roman = hot!
This is a steamy, intense read which fits into the MC genre really comfortably. It has enough drama to keep you hooked and main characters who are strong together as well as independently. A really good read!

I just love the Riot MC series written by author Karen Renee! I have read all the books in the series, and I couldn’t wait to read Respectable Riot, the sixth book in the series. As soon as it appeared on my Kindle, I dove right in. Respectable Riot tells the story of Beast and Janie, and it can be read as a standalone MC romance. Some of the characters from the prior books do appear in the story, but not in a way that’s confusing to those that haven’t read the series. If you are like me and enjoy knowing the backstories, I suggest reading the series in order. Just know that it’s a suggestion.
Beast is a transfer from the Biloxi chapter. He has recently switched to his cousin Liar’s chapter to get away from some personal issues. Janie is best friends with Andrea (Liar’s old lady), and she’s in the process of getting a divorce. While distracted, Janie tripped when she was leaving Andrea’s massage studio. Luckily, Beast was there and caught her before she got hurt. Even though she’s in the middle of a divorce, both Janie and Beast can’t stop thinking of the other. So, when a rival MC injured Janie, Beast was there to care for and protect her. There feeling for each other grew, but her soon-to-be ex-husband was definitely not making it easy for them.
I absolutely love Respectable Riot! The characters were gripping, and I was captivated by the storyline. It’s a definite add to your TBR list!

Janie has grown and changed over the years since her marriage to Trent and her goals are no longer lining up with Trent’s goals as public figure. She wants more out of life than dressing and acting like the perfect wife. She’s seen as a woman who lives the high life and wants and needs the best of everything out of life, but she is just a woman who wants to live her life on her own terms and in order to do that, she will need to divorce Trent and find her way on her own, but will she really need to do it all on her own?
Beast has moved from Biloxi to Jacksonville to start over. It’s too painful for him to stay in Biloxi without Katherine being in his life. He needed a fresh start and to stay away from women for a while, but the woman that he caught coming out of Andrea’s studio is hard to forget and to stay away from. He’s drawn to her and he doesn’t stand a chance of staying away.
I really enjoyed this story. The story is intertwined with Foolish Riot and takes place at the same time in some spots. The characters are fun to read and easily likeable, most of them anyways. I really like the Riot guys and their girls. I give this story a 3.5-star review and highly recommend it to MC readers. It has action, political deception, sexy Alpha’s, and sassy, brassy women who keep their men on their toes and take no crap from the men in their lives. I look forward to the next book in the series to come out, Starting the Riot, in 2020.

I LOVE the Riot MC series, as Karen Renee is simply brilliant & become a go to. Jane Ramos-Palmer thought she had it all, until she witnessed her politician husband being blackmailed, leading to her realizing that nothing is at it seemed in her life. And she's decided to make the choice of giving it all up, which I seriously respected. David 'Beast' Huntley hasn't had the best luck with women, as he's been played for a fool more than once, making sure that he's determined to never fall for another one. However, he never saw Jane coming, so yeah, gotta love fate ignoring what people think they aren't going to do. I'm not saying the journey was anything close to easy, but really, when is anything worth it easy?! He's doing his best to stay away from her, especially since her ugly divorce probably won't do his club any solids in the future. Of course, somehow Jane ends up in the crosshairs of a rival club, and when push comes to violent assault, his inner beast is unleashed, so who will be left standing?! Yeah, this story was an edge of your seat amazing piece of goodness, and I kept having to remind myself to take a breath, as the action was intense! Not to mention the f-bomb worthy twists, and super sexiness with a big side of angst to boot. So, y'all know what to do to experience it for yourselves, hit that one click button immediately! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

'Respectable Riot' is a slow burn well written MC book. I hadn't read the other books in the series but it wasn't required to read the 6th book in the series - but it has made me want to start the series from the beginning.
I said it was a slow burn because for me the romance around Beast and Janie took awhile to warm up due to the fact that both of them are going through some deep issues in their personnel life - Janie trying to divorce her governor husband and Beast well dealing with something that you hope most people wouldn't have to go through (no spoilers here). But what is happening in Beast's personnel life has made him closed off to any form of relationship even if from the moment that Janie fell on him and she got the name 'clumsy' he felt things he shouldn't. But her life was messier then his and he wasn't sure he really wanted anything to do with that.
Janie's husband isn't given up without fight nor is his campaign manager- it wouldn't look good for him to have a messy divorce as he runs for office. But after a traumatic event in their marriage leaving Janie devastated she knows it's time to live the country club live behind and start to live her life her way -does that mean a complete 360 degree turnaround with a biker named Beast? Well your just have to read the book to find out!

We got the low down on Janie and her problems in Andi and Liar's story and a bit more in Trixie and Roll's. Now it's Janie's turn to get a story and it is fabulous! Janie's life has not been easy, the typical politician's wife, lives her life for her husband sort of thing. When she needed him the most, he and his support were not there, talk about hypocritical. From that point, Janie was done and just wanted to get out of the marriage. Leaning on her friends also means leaning on the MC for a bit of help, even if she would like to not include the guys. Meeting Beast when she does is bad timing, but it seems like fate.
Beast has not had an easy time, his heart is broken so he moved to the Florida chapter to start over and heal his wounds. Meeting Janie is the last thing he wanted, he has no time for more drama and is not going to pull anyone into his at the same time either. But there is something about Janie that just calls to him, and even though he thinks its a bad idea, he just can't seem to let her go.
This was such a good story! I have really enjoyed this series, with every book you get something different while at the same time getting everything that makes an amazing book; drama, danger, violence, and the hot naughty moments. I give this 5 stars.

Be prepared to binge read this book! Beast and Janie will suck you into their world and you won’t want to leave.
Beast is done with women. D-O-N-E! He’s been burned badly and is licking his wounds. The last thing he expects is to come across and woman like Janie and be attracted to her. She is gorgeous but on the surface completely wrong for him.
Janie is determined to live her life for her and move on from her dirt bag of a husband. That man needed the crap beat out of him for the way he treated her and their marriage. Janie is resilient after the trauma she experienced. She wasn’t anticipating falling for any man much less Beast.
Destiny shows up and knocks them on their butt. There are forces driving them together that they can’t fight and soon give in to.
I love this book and can’t want to get more of this MC family!

Janie is determined to live her life for her and move on from her dirt bag of a husband. That man needed the crap beat out of him for the way he treated her and their marriage. Janie is resilient after the trauma she experienced. She wasn’t anticipating falling for any man much less Beast.
Destiny shows up and knocks them on their butt. There are forces driving them together that they can’t fight and soon give in to.
I love this book and can’t want to get more of this MC family!

We've seen a lot of Janie on the side through out the last couple of books. So we knew things weren't good in her life and she deserved some happy. I was excited when I realized in this book she would find her happy and Beast was the perfect person for her. Things were a bit iffy at the start, but once Beast realized he was into Janie he went all out and let her know she was it for him. He was right there when trouble showed up, he helped take care of things for her and let everyone know in her life he was a part of it. Often times Janie wasn't quite sure what to do/think about Beast, but she learned quickly that he was all about her. It made their HEA all the better!

This story kept me turning pages until the end. There was plenty of steam, friends and family, witty conversation, and troubles. Janie knew enough to get out of her marriage, although it caused quite a few problems. Beast/David was willing to help her and protect her. Their feelings for each other grew fast and strong. I loved these two as well as all those around them in the Riot MC, very much a family.
I highly recommend this story and look forward to the next.

"I really liked the plot although obviously a very real thing that could happen you know a corrupt politician. I thought some of it was a little unnecessary like Devin’s brother trying to shoot them. That could have been without but other than that I really enjoyed the other aspects of the plot."

Wonderful addition to a great series. Beast and Janie aren’t in a place to be together. Janie is going through a nasty divorce; this isn’t the time to start a new relationship. Beast is dealing with his own betrayals and adding a new woman to his life is the last thing he wants.
I really enjoyed this book and I recommend it if you have been reading the Riot MC series. 4.5 stars.

This is the 6th book in this phenomenal series and what a great addition this novel is to the series. This is Jane and Beast’s story, and what an intricate tale this is. This is a well written story and this talented author had done a great job in penning this riveting tale, which is filled with angst, twists and love. I was intrigued throughout and highly recommend for all.

These road names crack me up, the name Beast just doesn't hold true for David. He is all alpha but comes across as a lovable funny guy. Janie was really stomped on by her husband Trent a wannabe higher level politician. He used his position in the wrong way. Janie could have been stronger she was too easily swayed by Trent. Recommend!

absolutely loved this book. The thrills, the chills, and all the drama in between with a perfect ending to boot. A fantastic mc book is well written with fantastic and vivid imagery. I’ll say a must-read.

I absolutely loved this book! Karen Renee hit another one out of the park with her latest MC story! Beast and Janie are so perfect for each other. I loved Janie’s sass and loved seeing her find her inner badass. I loved that Beast helped her get there. This is a fantastic story all around: sweet, sexy, funny and a some drama. The perfect mix for an excellent MC romance!!!
