As president of my MC, I've always had to hide a part of who I am. I was fine with that until he walked into my life. Now, I can't shove that half of myself into the dark anymore. My club won't understand and the woman I want definitely won't get it, but what choice do I have? I want them both and I'm done with not taking what I want.
Yeah, I'm savage enough to screw the rules to get what I want and I want them.
Both of them—and I won't settle for less.
You can't control who you love but sometimes, it's savage enough to make its own heat.

Nope sorry but this book was rather boring to me. Mostly internal dialogue about self doubt. I don't even understand how it's listed as part of the Royal Bastards MC because first if all the club was calling Savage Heat and second because the Royal Bastards MC was mentioned twice during the whole book. Once in the beginning and once again at the end. Apparently if I understand correctly it spins into the authors own series. As boring as it was I don't plan to read it. As a reader of the Royal Bastards you the reader can make up your own mind but just be warned the author gave nothing to make us believe it's part of the same series and if you're a fan of self doubt internal dialogue then you might like it.

Hard to review.

The good:
This was a short story and easy to read through. If you’re looking for a short story with no expectations, then give this book a try.

However, I did have expectations so was seriously disappointed in some of the authors choices.

The bad:
This was supposed to be part of the Royal Bastards MC but the author elected to state the club goes by a different name. There was one reference to RBMC and that was when the author mentioned the club was technically RB but went by Savage Hell instead. There are not other references in the story nor were there any mentions of other chapters in this one. It just didn’t fit into the series. I might have rated it higher if it was published on its own by this author as the beginning of Savage Hell. Also, there wasn’t really any indication that Savage was in an MC other than him saying so in the story. I know there was conflict with a rival club but there was very very very little of the brotherhood mentioned in this story. We didn’t get to see any of with the exception of one scene. Lastly, I didn’t feel the connection between any of the triad developing a relationship. Savage and Bowie loved each other after a one night stand that lasted a couple of pages. Bowie and Dallas at least had a couple of weeks but the story was really skimpy on details. These could just be my feelings on this book, though.

Like I said, if you’re going in with no expectations, you’ll probably like this as an easy instalove read.

I had difficulty relating to the characters in this story I loved the MC element but just couldn't get past Savage and his treatment of the two people in his life that supposedly meant something to him. In saying that I did love the mmf part to this story . There was drama in the club that Savage had to deal with as the president of the Huntsville chapter of the Royal Bastards. And some twists and turns in his relationship between Dallas and Bowie . I'm looking forward to reading the Next installment of the Royal Bastards MC series.

Hmmm

I wanted to like it more, but it fell short. There was a lot more telling than there was showing. I didn't really feel the connection between the characters. They hardly spent any time together but they where in love. I don't care for change f the club name when this is a RBMC series. There wasn't much interaction with the club either. Just an ok read.

As a fan of MC-themed romances I found much to enjoy about this story, much that was familiar, but with enough twists and turns to keep me riveted to the page. Not having read the other Royal Bastards books I worried I might feel at a loss, but this release set itself apart nicely while still adding to the Club’s overall storyline. With each turn of the page, with each second chance, these three characters find themselves working through their pasts to make a future in a sensual and suspenseful journey to HEA.

Savage is someone who’s lived a tough life, both emotionally and physically, and it’s left an indelible mark on him. He’s not the kind of hero to show his feelings to the world, he’s a bit stoic with a heart that he guards tightly. One of the few times readers see him happy is in his dealings with Chloe, his niece who he adopted when she was a baby. With her he can open up, as there’s lots more about himself that he keeps hidden...even from his Club who he refers to as family. When it comes to them he’s keeping the biggest secret of all...his being bisexual. He thinks his being bisexual means that he’ll forever be alone, but the moment he meets Bowie is the moment he begins to be proven wrong. Bowie comes from a loving family, enlisted in the military because he’s a truly good guy, but is also keeping the same secret as Savage. It’s their mutual secret that connects them early on, along with a sizzling attraction, and from their first night together they both end up doing things they never thought they would...like have more than one night together. Savage might see years of aloneness ahead, but he surprisingly invites Bowie into his life instead. That’s not the only unexpected thing Savage does that night though as he reunites with an old girlfriend too. Dallas has been on his mind ever since he walked away without a word a year ago, the attraction still simmering and having him wanting to make amends. The moment he knocks at her door though is the moment everything changes for this trio. Dallas is a headstrong woman still angry for Savage’s ghosting of her, hurt that he never really let her know him, but ready to share a big secret of her own that will bind these three characters together. It’s not an easy journey for them as a few twists and turns arrive to test their burgeoning relationship, a threat to the Club has Savage going MIA, along with the families of Bowie and Dallas sharing their input into this unconventional new family. Through it all Ms. Ramsey provides lots of steam, with a little bit of heart and soul, and it will leave readers satisfied while waiting for the next installment.

The interactions between Savage, Bowie, and Dallas were well-depicted so that each felt like a part of a puzzle that’s now become a family. There was moments of sweetness as well as steaminess that pulled me into their unconventional coupling and which had me rooting for them. Overall, there was a good flow to the story with only a bit of drag surrounding Savage’s absence in dealing with danger to the Club. It felt a bit clunky for Bowie and Dallas to suddenly be thrown together but somehow they managed to connect. As characters I liked them all, particularly Bowie for his self-deprecating nature, but sometimes found myself frustrated by Savage and his stoicism. So much heartache could’ve been averted if he’d been more talkative, put faith in those he called family, instead of letting doubts rule him. Despite Savage’s lack of communication I was still drawn to him, drawn to his sexy and strong self, and was happy he found a family who accepted him wholeheartedly...a family of his own making who I hope to see more of in future installments.

Well, this book has been a series of HUGE twists, turns and surprises.
Savage lives in Huntsville, Alabama with his niece Chloe who he adopted when her parents, his sister and brother in law died in an accident when Chloe was 6 mos. old.
Savage is a part of the Royal Bastards MC Huntsville chapter, also known as Savage Hell. He meets Bowie on the military base where he's doing work. He takes Bowie to the Voodoo Lounge where they run into Dallas, Savage's ex. Things definitely don't go as planned when Dallas spots Savage. To say Dallas is mad is a massive understatement. What comes next is a big series of events that will keep you flipping pages til the end. Savage Heat has a little bit of everything to offer to keep your attention right to the end. It's a bumpy ride for Savage but well worth the trip.

Oh boy this is such a fantastic read, I couldn't put it down, I loved the insta love between Savage and Brodie and then adding the second chance with Dallas made this threesome a winner, and then to be accepted by both Brodie's parents and the guys in the Savage Hell was the clincher.
There is also trouble with a rival club, The Dragons which make this an action packed read and an introduction to Roadkill for Savage Hell book 1, can't wait.

I received a copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion

Wow this is really fantastic. Savage, Bowie, and Dallas are wonderful characters. They go on one major journey together. I can't say more (I don't do spoilers). The writing and flow of this book is done well. I absolutely recommend this book.

Loved this book!! Couldn't put it down once I started it. The chemistry between Savage/Bowie/Dallas is hot & sexy. It takes you on a ride of first loves, second chances & the start of a new beginning. A great story about coming out & coming together with Hot alpha males wanting to protect what is theirs from a rival club. I can't wait for the next book.

This book is part of the Royal Bastards series but unlike some of them, it gives you a break from the heavy darkness of some. This is Savage, Howie and Dallas' book and it was amazing. Even though its light on the dark, I certainly doesn't disappoint. I'm excited to read more from K.L. Ramsey

This was a insta love and a second chance love story. Savage decides he wants his new boyfriend and his ex both to complete him. While navigating a new relationship, the small amount MC content comes into play. This story was enjoyable and had a good plot. It just felt rushed and I had a hard time fully relating to the charecters and plot. It was full of love and family which I liked. This is my honest review for a book I volunteered to read

Not a RB Mc

I'm confused as this was supposed to be a part of the RBMC. Didn't read like one. Not much in the mc way. Not dark or gritty. Sorry to say the more books I read of them the less I like them. They weren't even named the RBMC

This book has a little bit of everything in it. We get action, suspense, and one hell of a MMF read.
Not only do we get 1 hot AF alpha male we get 2!!! That's right 2!! Savage our MC pres has always felt like he was only living half a life. Sure he has his adorable little girl, but he knows there is something missing. Bowie has had his eye on the hot guy on base for the last few weeks so when he offers to take him to go grab some beers who is he to say no. This is where the story gets interesting. We get introduced to our sassy little heroine who Savage has a past with. Now I am not going to go into all the details, because trust me you do not want me to ruin it for you. Of course there is some other drama that we get to experience with the club. Follow along as these 3 take their journey to finding their HEA.

more love story than mc story

I purchased this book via Amazon and am leaving my review voluntarily. This was supposed to be part of the multi author Royal Bastards MC series and the only thing it had in common was the cover/title and 2 mentions of Royal Bastards in the story. This mc was actually called Savage Hell and is a prequel for the authors MC series of the same name. Don't let the title fool you , there was almost nothing savage about this story, it had a few brief moments of "heat" and was more love story with a nice group of guys who have a mc bar and club. (which is fine if thats what you were expecting. I've been reading each book in order as they come out and all the books, until this one, are connected and tie in with each other) To me, this was a way for this author to introduce her mc series by connecting to a larger audience. I would've given it 2.5 stars if that was an option.

Triggers: very few. m/m, m/m/f, self defense killing, assault

**spoilers**
I pretty much told you the general idea in my opening paragraph.
Logan Savage aka Savage, single dad, scientist, former military, likes men and women.
Dallas, single mom, met Savage a year ago, had sexy time with him for a month and then he ghosted her. She ended up pregnant.
Bowie, active duty guy with the hots for Savage but also likes women.

Savage and Bowie go on a date and see Dallas at the bar. She keaves. Savage snd Bowie have sexy time. Savage goes looking for Dallas and finds out he fathered her kid.

Suddenly, he wants Dallas and their daughter to all be a family including Bowie and Savage's daughter Chloe.

Blah blah, some mild drama with another mc club that feels like the author threw in since up to the 60% mark it was more love story, lets hook up and zero MC anything.

A few other characters are thrown in leading the reader into this authors new MC series Savage Hell.

2 stars because I felt like the story was rushed and the author couldn't decide if she wanted this to be a love story or mc story.
3 stars for the love story part because I didn't mind the 3 main characters or their relationship.

Savage is the President of the Savage Hell MC, he's former military and a scientist working the the government. He's adopted his sister's child and is completely devoted to her.

Bowie see's Savage on base and wants him and takes Savage up on his offer for a drink with plans for more fun after.

Dallas dated Savage a year ago and he ghosted her when he started to develop feelings for her, not realizing he left her pregnant with no way to find him.

The night Savage takes Bowie out he runs into Dallas again and realizes he still wants her, even before he found out about his child. His problem is he wants both Dallas and Bowie and doesn't think he can make it happen but he's going to try.

While Savage convinces Dallas to be part of his life, a rival MC starts attacking the Savage Hell as well as Dallas and he will do anything to protect his family. Killing two birds with one stone he convinces Bowie to take Dallas and his kids someplace safe while he deals with the other MC hoping Dallas and Bowie will get close.

This is a nice quick MC read, hot and steamy while also touching on issues facing both men coming out about their sexuality and a dash of danger. I liked all the characters and loved the fact that his MC was made up of ex-military and reformed convicts. Ramsey did a great job showing us how one can build a triumvirate MC style.

I received an ARC copy and am voluntarily leaving a review. That said I expect any editing issues will be resolved before publishing.

Now this is one sexy thrilling MC read. The author gave us punch after punch either on the alpha sexy side or the mc action side. If I had to put one thing I'd liked more of, it would be a little bit more description for the action scenes - they seemed over a little too quick with not a lot of explanation. BUT PLEASE KNOW: that is just my opinion and that fact by NO means took away anything from the storyline - which I loved.

This book is both an insta love and a second chance romance all rolled into one, with lots of surprises and yummy twists (you're gonna love them). The chemistry between Savage/Bowie and Dallas is breathtaking. Savage is wondering if maybe just maybe he could finally have it all…. His Bar, His Club, His Girl and His Guy. But before he can even blink, a rival club is threatening everything Savage loves and he’s in the fight full force to save it all.

This is one of the best MFM MC romances I’ve read in a long while. The author did an amazing job with the characters, I felt like I knew them all on an intimate level: feeling all their love, pain and anguish.

Kudos to the author for a great read. Savage Heat is a part of the Royal Bastards, Multi Author series and this readers is so happy that the author has chosen to do a spinoff series called Savage Hell MC. In fact I have already preordered book1, RoadKill, which is due out shortly.

2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.

This is the first book I have read from K.L. Sign me up I so want more. Not only from her but from this series. I was absolutely hooked from the beginning until the very end. There is mind blowing suspense, touching moments, moments were I wanted to throw my kindle. But I was turning the page as quickly as I could to see what happens.
Savage is not who you think that he is. He is president of the MC, a genius pretty much and is hiding a secret from his MC family. A huge secret. But meeting Bowie has him thinking differently about the way his life is going. And finding out an even bigger secret about his past has him thinking even more about his life. But will something come along and end it all for him?
I absolutely loved the chemistry he has with Bowie and the chemistry he has with Dallas. The three of them together are off the charts freaking hot. This was one amazing storyline. Dallas was Savage's past who comes back into his life with a huge surprise for him and has him wanting more from her. But is she willing to be put in that place?
This is an absolute must read. Not only is it a great MC storyline but it is a storyline about second chances. I cant wait to read more from K.L and this series.

Logan Savage joined the Air Force right out of high school and after the death of his mother, his only remaining relative was his older sister and she couldn’t talk him out of it. He served until he was honorably discharged after his chopper went down and he was injured. Now, he’s a scientist working for the Government, owns a bar, and is the president of the Savage Hell MC, a chapter of the Royal Bastards MC.

Bowie Wolfe is in the Army and has been watching Savage for about a week now trying to get up the courage to talk to him.

Dallas is a woman that went out with Savage for about a month, until he hightailed it and never spoke to her again. She was hurt and angry with him for how he treated her. When she sees him out at a bar almost a year later, she can’t keep the anger at bay and gives him the evil eye.

I liked this story. It has some danger, a lot of heat, and an MC that is family and has each-others backs. It also has a rival MC that causes them trouble and tries to take what they believe to be theirs but never was. I give the story a 4-star review. If you like MC’s, age difference relationships and non-traditional relationships, you should read Savage Heat. I look forward to the next story Roadkill.

This book is part of the Royal Bastard MC collection. This is the first book by K.L. Ramsey I have read and I loved it. To me this book is more focused on Savage and his love interests than the club. They play a secondary part in this book. Savage is president of his chapter. Savage likes men and women but would his club ever accept him with a man, or what about with a man and women? Savage found a woman that made him want more and ran or rather ghosted. Now he has found a man that makes him feel the same way. Things get even more interesting when He learns he has a daughter he didn’t know about. Could they all be in a relationship together? Things get even more interesting when a rival MC the Dragons begins going after those he loves. He must tell his club and figure out a way to keep those he loves safe. Savage is used to going it alone, figure things out and then being the man to take action himself. Will he be able to realize that he needs help before its to late? I really liked this story. Savage, Dallas, and Bowie are a great together. I did have some difficult feelings for the way Savage treats Dallas and Bowie at times. I look forward to reading the second book about this chapter. The club does go by a different name but is connected to RBMC.

Savage is a former military man and Prez of his MC. He meets Bowie at the military base and asks him out on a date. On that date he coincides in the sad bar with his ex-girlfriend Dallas. Not wanting to confront her, he goes with Bowie and they sleep together. But he can’t stop thinking about how he bad he behaved with Dallas by not being honest with her about his sexuality ( he is bi; same as Bowie), so he goes looking for her and that’s how he finds out that Dallas is a mother and that her baby is his.
A problem with a rival MC causes Savage to ask Bowie for help to protect his family, and he hopes that Bowie and Dallas are open to the possibility of a relationship between the 3.
It’s a different story from the other in this series, addressing the issue of bisexuality in this world of tough bikers, but it doesn’t seem to cause problems with the members of his club.
I wish it had been a bit longer as sometimes things seem to happen to fast.
There are a couple of 🔥scenes ( Bowie and Savage in their first date) and (Bowie, Dallas, Savage in their first together as a trio).

Great book

Not your typical motorcycle/romance story. This has plenty of twists and turns, action, sexual chemistry romance, add in rival motorcycle clubs, military, and one hot feisty single mom and you have one fantastic storyline with thoroughly interesting characters. Retired air force military scientist, falls in love, but can't commit, enter hot alpha military male and the the man falls again, but what happens when you add the hot mom to the mix again it gets explosive. And don't forget the rivalry between the clubs, add a little murder, a little backstabbing between clubs and you have a read you won't want to put down, can't wait to read the next installment of this series.

Savage Heat wasn't what I was expecting, it was so much more! This is my first read by K.L. Ramsey and I was quite impressed. She manages to make Savage gruff and bossy but at his core, he is a caretaker. She manages to make Bowie seem like he is out only for a good time at first glance and yet he is quickly emotionally invested with Savage. Dallas' response to seeing Savage for the first time in over a year is covering up a lot of hurt and disappointment. Her writing style flows well, I found it easy to get caught up in their world. I was quite taken with Savage's MC and promptly ordered her next book that spins off from this one. I love finding new authors and K.L. Ramsey is officially on my radar. If you like your MCs with some grit and more feels, check out Savage Heat!

| DNF @ 35%
I can't really put into words how I feel about this book. It wasn't that it was too dark, or horrible; I just simply couldn't get into it, or understand the characters. After reading the blurb I was excited to read a mmf, and I had really high hopes of enjoying another RBMC book. I enjoy fast paced romances, but so much happens between the characters in the beginning that it made me feel like I was missing a part of their story. Or rather it made it seem like they all knew one another longer than they actually did, which in turn made me feel like I was missing something.

—this is a horrible review, so feel free to ignore me and read it for yourself. I just felt I needed to explain why I DNF (not that I did a good job at it lol).

Savage Heat is an amazing book about the president of the Savage Hell MC, who lives his life not following his heart and letting himself open up to people because he doesn't feel whole with himself, since he is attracted to men and women. He thinks he will never find happiness and is content with living his life raising his adopted daughter, until a man walks into his life who doesn't want to give him up, but then a woman from his past reappears with some news that changes his mind on what he wants. Now he wants it all, but he needs to see if it will work and how to protect his family from dangers that are threatening his club.A great must read!

Interesting and adventurous

First time to read this author, I don't usually read books of this nature but thought it might be interesting to read about an MC President who was Bi sexual ! Savage, meets Bowie, and then runs into his ex girlfriend named Dallas at a bar . Savage discovers that she was pregnant after he dumped her and had his baby, he also has a daughter whom he adopted when she was a baby , now 6 years old . They all get together and become a family! Course as all MC books there is lots of intrigue and mystery. It was a great read and can't wait ti!I the next book comes out!! Recommend with a 5 Stars rating

I haven’t read many MC books but this one caught my attention right from the start. I love the way the story is told via three main characters. At first, I was wondering what was with this Motorcycle club president, and why he is such a cold and callous guy, but as it turns out, he is simply a man with a lot on his mind. It isn’t long before I came to really like him. Do I think the MC club accepted his relationship a bit too quickly? Yes, but it didn’t take away from the book at all. Do I recommend this book? Yes, I do. It held my interest throughout and I couldn’t wait to find out if one of the main characters would end up dead in the end. I will not spoil it for you! Read the book.

What a ride!

I have been reading all of the Royal Bastards MC series, and each one is different.
This one was such a great love story in the midst of a MC world.
The unexpected love triangle will have you rushing to the next page to see what happens.
I love stories about people embracing love, regardless to the societal norms. Love is love, and this story depicts it beautifully.
All I have to say is, I wish I could take Dallas’ place.
I will definitely read more of this series, spin off.

Savage Heat, RBMC ,Huntsville, Chapter

Savage, has a secret he is bi sexual. As retired Air Force, a rocket scientist and President of the RBMC, he meets Bowie, a member of the Army and there is instant chemistry. While the two men go for a few beers and to get to know each other, Savage encounters a beautiful blonde that he ghosted around a year ago at the same bar Savage and Bowls are at. Through in a rival MC and you have plenty of drama as these 3 characters try to form a three way relationship.
