I was doing some research for an article and I came across this book. It is a quick read with lots of information backed by research studies. I like how the author provided case examples and at the end of the book listed key points or "What You Can Do" suggestions for parents. Even though I already knew a lot of the information some parents may not and I think it is a good review of ways to be a good parent.
