An amazing read George, a real insight to Bipolar and what you have gone through. Fantastic that you’re recognising the signs and the changes you’ve made to help yourself. A real credit to you. Showing others how we can be in control of ourselves and take that control to make things as best we can for ourselves. Inspirational well done mate. X
