This is a good, basic introduction to program evaluation. I found it lacking in the depth one would need to do a program evaluation, and gives you just enough to render you dangerous at doing one. Further references are listed about each topic, but the book could have benefitted from a bit more depth. At 86 pages, including appendices.....
