Helpful in every way in more. What attractions there are in each park with details (time etc). The types of dining available with ratings on food, service, overall quality and more. How to prepare with kids and planning with families. What to expect, what to bring, reservations and so much more!
Great stuff as always from the Unofficial Team. Just make sure that you keep checking their guides online, other Disney blogs, and the official Disney website for the most current information. There are a lot of policies that have changed since press time and are likely to keep changing throughout the rest of the year.
That being said, restaurant, ride reviews, and touring plans are excellent no matter what the current policies are at Walt Disney World.
This is the best guide to Disney World that I've read. It is a lot, but I enjoy reading them since I love planning Disney trips! The people who write these do their research and know what they're talking about. They absolutely made my past trips go more smoothly, and I'm sure this will help me with my upcoming trip!
Considering there is a pandemic in ace, this book performed very well. While so many things were in a state of Flux, the authors gave good resources to check ongoing chances. Yes it's thick and a lot of information but it answered many of .y minute questions or directed me where to find info. This will be my 4th DW trip since 1975 and there's always so many changes.
With Covid, Much of the information in this book had changed or was outdated. However, it still has very valuable Disney tips, many of which were in earlier volumes.
I read this book from cover to cover at least three times for our first family trip to Disney. My copy is covered in highlighter, notes in the margins, sticky tabs — I took it with me everywhere in the few months before we left because I wanted everything to be perfect for our trip, and for me that meant planning ahead when we needed to and having all the available information about our options during unplanned time. The accompanying Lines app is also simple and efficient without frills — it was indispensable for planning ahead AND for when we were actually in the park. (MDE app is also great for park wait times and navigation.) The Lines chat community is friendly, helpful, and DEDICATED. I read this guide before the Disney introduction of Genie, and I’m so glad I did. Saved us a lot of money. I often find myself wishing Len and Bob would write an “unofficial guide” for literally every other family vacation destination for us.
