Katriana Cardona

My life ended the moment the X-Clan found me.

And claimed by him.

My genetic markers label me as a rare omega. But inside, I'm all female alpha. And I will not heel. Not even to the Alpha of Andorra Sector.

Ander Cain promises me protection.
A new world of pleasure and pain.
But he wants all of me in return.
Even if it means taking me by force.

I was sucked in from the first chapter. The story has dark elements, dubious consent issues, and power exchanges that are a part of the Omegaverse writing genre. But Lexi weaves them together magically and kept me hooked. I thoroughly enjoyed this one and can’t wait for more of what is to come, both in the Zombie 2099 verse, and the X-Clan Sector!

Kat is a human in a world ruled by supernaturals, fighting to survive on the outside of shifter society and avoiding the Infected. One wrong decision

This was bloody fantastic for start to finish and I devoured it in one sitting.
I originally meant to read the first couple of chapters before bed but just couldn't put it down.
Once I started I ended up pulling an all-nighter I was that engrossed in the unfolding drama.
This story focuses on Ander Cain the Alpha of the X-Clan Wolves and Katriana Cardona a human captured in his territory.
So this is shapeshifter Omegaverse set against a dark dystopian landscape where the human population have been

Hot, steamy shifter story with real tenderness

I suppose I should admit I'm not really a shifter fan, nor a zombie fan but I love Lexi C Foss, so I thought I'd give this one a go and, boy, do I not regret it for a single second. Not one. Why? Because this is not your normal shifter story. Why would it be? This is Lexi we're talking about.
Katriana is not your normal human being either. Raised in a cave, as a fighter, avoiding wolves and the infected like, well, the plague. Then enter Ander, your

Gripping story

Oh man, when Lexi told us she was writing a story based in a zombie apocalypse type world I was like nah I’m good, but thanks She told me it was about wolves more than zombies....huh my interest was piqued, I’m a sucker for paranormal I’m so happy she convinced me to give this book a shot because it blew my mind with so many interesting angles and it was gripping. The characters sucked me in and it felt like I could feel Kats emotions rolling off the pages and ultimately wished I

I read a lot of Omegaverse. It happens to be one of my favorite genres.
That being said the claiming between Ander and Kat just may be one of the most memorable and emotional I have ever read.
It was the perfect moment, the raw emotion behind the act was *sigh*

This is a standalone, but also part of a collection Zombie Year 2099 but from my understanding, it will spin off into its own series (doing the happy dance ). It is a more Omegaverse story line than zombie but it does take place in a

I do love a dominant, alpha wolf shifter and I certainly got one here in Ander Cain, even though there were times I seriously wanted to throttle him! Kat was a wonderful, strong feisty female, perfect for Ander if he could just get his head out of his ass to realise! Damn stubborn

Lexi C Foss is one of the queens of world building. This different take on wolf shifters and their rituals set in a dark post Zombie apocalypse/Omegaverse world, where the omega's are rare and the alphas

The Andorra Sector is my new favorite shifter region. -- And this new shifter world is my new treasured special place. And, well hell, this book is my most beloved book of the entire year so far. And that is saying something because I've already read finished eleven books, and we are only half-way into January.

But why the hype, Ali?
Yeah, with all that endorsement, I'd be suspect.
When looking to buy a book, I'm always cautious when seeing too pretty covers. They don't always mean a great story.

Oh my word Lexi C. Foss can sure write good books!

For some reason Andorra Sector felt much more akin to an omegaverse romance than it did a shifter-based paranormal one. And I loved that it did. In fact I found myself frequently comparing it to many of my favourite omegaverse stories and finding it held it's own against them. It's not as dark as either the Alpha's Claim series or the Omega's Destruction series, but it definitely had it's moments. Particularly in emotional/psychological aspects.

This has to be one of my favourite books to date, I literally binge read it until the very end! Andorra Sector tells the story of human Katriana Cardano, a human who has been struggling to survive since she was born. Caught in a trap after trying to get food she is taken captive by the Andorra Sector alpha, Ander Cain. Alpha Cain is pure testosterone, arrogance and power, all that Kat needs to do is submit.

This book is HOT! Not only do you have the amazingly strong character of Kat, you also

So, Lexi Foss has joined both the world of zombies and the world of the Omegaverse. She has the latest book in the Zombie Year 2099 shared world series. It has shifters, zombies, Alphas, Omegas, and women who could kick your butt up one side and down the other in a spectacular fashion.

Here's the story. Kat is one of the few humans left living in the Andorra sector. Zombies have taken over the world and humans are lunch for them. And in her little part of the world, the werewolves rule,

I love paranormal and shifter romances were just not something I ever really dove into, until now. I have read a few here and there, but I was all-in to this story and really can't wait for more from this world.

The X-Clan lives under a dome during the most dangerous times for humans. Zombies are a real thing and have basically demolished the human population. In a world, not anything like the one we have now, the X-Clan with their superior genes and technology have made a

This is my first book by Lexi C. Foss. It most certainly will not be my last. Her writing is gritty, raw, and left me needing more of the characters once it ended. The description of the X-Clan Sector and the world surrounding it was fantastic. I cannot wait to read more of her books in this series.

Lexi's take on the shifter world in X-Clan, book one was unique and had me flipping the pages to see where she would take the story next. Her alphas were dominant as heck but also needed that omega to

OH BOY,This had everything to wet my appetite and was right up my street to read,it was dark, gritty and had a abundance of sexy alpha dominant males to boot.

I love Lexi books and this was no exception,it was set amongst the Zombie Apocalypse where humans are few and are having to fight for survival. We get to meet Kat who is a human but has no idea that she is a Omega that will meet her mate in the form of Alpha Ander Cain of the X-Clan Sector.Things do not go how you would think as Kat is a

4.5 Stars!
As a huge fan of Lexi C. Foss' Blood Alliance series as well as Omegaverse, I was really excited about this book. And while I really enjoyed the story, the characters and the interesting post-apocalyptic world built by Ms. Foss, I have to say that this story wasn't quite what I expected. For me, it lacked a certain intensity and dark undertones that I've come to expect from the genre. Ander started out as a typical alpha but went though quite a bit of growth that gave him and this love

just wow

My my the a new year has just started and yet I've read two amazing omega books! This being the second. I really appreciated this book in a sense, it broke me so much I found myself mad and hating the alpha. The cruelty and hopeless disappear leaked off these pages and I found myself suffering right along with our beautiful broken omega, oh I wanted him to pay, and I was mad she gave in and just wanted him. But she was broken in a world she didn't understand, and yet there is a scene

Fabulous new entry in the Zombie Year 2099 series.
Although Andorra Sector is part of a series, it stands alone perfectly well. I haven't read any of the other Zombie Year 2099 books and I could follow the story without any difficulty.
This book combines the best of omegaverse and shapeshifting romance and does so seamlessly; it was a complete winner for me. Kat and Ander's story is fast-paced, tremendously exciting, and super steamy. One of the things I like most about shapeshifter books is that

*Prepare and then Proceed*

That is the biggest takeaway you can get from my review. When I, and many other reviewers say this, we truly mean it. You WILL binge read this book in 1 sitting! So before you read Andorra Sector make sure you get all your affairs in order. No really, to avoid a meltdown on your part if someone dares to interrupt you while reading this make sure you warn everyone in advance. The worst part about this book is the ending, that it dares to have one. I’ve never felt the

Foss; so when I saw this book I knew I had to read it; and I'm so glad I did! SO GOOD! Kat and Ander will suck you in from the very first page; so much action, alpha goodness, off the charts chemistry (can a girl get a glass of water or perhaps a fan?) & many lessons learned; on one deliciously dark and bumpy ...more

Wow! Lexi continues to create worlds that pull you in and consume your life even after you finish reading. I was nervous to begin this one, as I don't like zombies AT ALL, but the shifters, especially the main Alpha of this novel, dominate as the story as Foss begins this new omegaverse. Katriana is a strong heroine, as she needs to be with an Alpha like Ben. I loved the chemistry between them, and their steamy moments are pure FIRE. The strong side characters make me excited to (hopefully) read ...more

WOW! This book was awesome! The writing is extraordinary. The characters are amazing and their story will keep you hooked from the very first page.

Kat and Ander were raised as total opposites where one’s world was completely different from the others. She was raised a human who had to fight for her life from others and from the Infected. He is an Alpha wolf who created and rules the X Clan wolves in Andorra Secotor. When their lives collide she learns they have rules to follow and she doesn’t

This was not what I expected but in a good way. Don't get me wrong Ander Cain is something else in terms of an alpha but I was going into this expecting a way worse zombie infested world and was pleasantly surprised. Kat, even though she is an Omega, is a strong willed, takes no shit character for the most part - not giving away spoilers again.

I really enjoyed this book and it was a great introduction into the Zombie 2099 and X-Clan but I felt that it lacked a little in the big climatic scene

Dark, gritty, emotional, scorching hot and so much more, Lexi C. Foss had me captivated with Andorra Sector. I can tell you upfront this book will not be for everyone, the author gives plenty of trigger warnings so if you’re sensitive to any of those that she lists do not disregard those. That said, the reasoning behind those events are what really makes a difference in Kat and Ander’s story.
While at times I wanted to strangle Ander the amount of growth he had throughout this book is a thing of

Well this is just the sort of thing that happens when there isn't enough estrogen influence in a male's life. LOL

For me this story is more omegaverse inspired, with respect to the classes, but it's not dark. There are some non-consensual instances, but again, not dark or sexual...the X-Clan is in danger of dying out and they are hoping to avoid that, so there is some medical experimentation happening. But our heroine is feisty and gives these Alphas a good run for their money. If you're a fan

Two genres collide in 'Andorra Sector' when shifters trying to survive a zombie apocalypse all the while trying to maintain their way of life. It's classic Alpha male vs. omega female and a battle of wits, pride, and smarts between the two leads. Will one submit to the other or will they compromise?
Normally I'm not a fan of the zombie genre and I limit my reading on shifter novels, so the fact that I read these two genres combined was a pretty unusual, but I'm very happy I did.

I did not want to stop reading this story. This was an interesting world with interesting dynamics. Katriana was a sweet survivor although she had her low points and doubts. Ander was strong, dominating as needed for his status as head Alpha, but he could be a little dense and too overbearing. But I loved how he went about fixing things when he realized he had gone too far. I look forward to reading more in this series. I recommend this story but there were some very gritty, very steamy moments ...more

Well, Lexi C. Foss has done it again. She has built an amazing new world with delicious characters, lots of suspense, a bit of mind-fuckery, and a whole lot of sexy times. Ander Cain can be a dumbass, which brings some dark moments, and because of that Kat's journey evokes a whole progression of emotions, and I couldn't help but forgive him in the end. Their chemistry is off the charts amazing, and the fact that it's a shifter story gives the attraction animalistic qualities that take it to the ...more

I am running out of superlatives to describe this author's work. I'm not a huge shifter fan. I'm more of a vampire girl, but because I adore this author's writing, I plunged straight in - and boy I'm glad I did.

I won't reiterate what the book is about here - you can read the blurb to find out the story arc, but what I will say is that I couldn't put it down. Foss sucked me in from the very first page and didn't let me go. I ran the gamut of emotions, and I'm still trying to catch my breath.

Ander really does take his possessiveness to a whole new level, “those two old effs can kiss my ***. They will not touch what is mine.” Kat can be a saucy little thing, “what? No.” I wanted to slap him all over again. “I asked because I know nothing about being a effing wolf..." Ander really doesn't appreciate it when his men dont get to the point fast enough, “why the eff didn’t you lead with that information?”I demanded..." This book gave me all the feels, I legit started tearing up when Ander ...more
This is my first 5-star read in quite awhile. What a way to start 2020 - with a place on my favorite reads for the year! I zipped right through this book. Ander was a perfect alpha (not too much of a jerk and not too much of a wimp by the end) and I loved the wolf angle. Kat was a tough character as well, but not too tough that she annoyed me nor too helpless that she annoyed me! This book was just the right balance for me and I loved the world building. Absolutely adored this book!

From beginning to end, I was hooked. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this author KNOWS how to build worlds. The imagination this author has is incredible. You can practically feel like you’re in the book. You can imagine the dome, the outside world, the wolves, everything.

The characters have chemistry and believability. That sounds daft when it’s a PNR but they really do. I fell in love with their tenacity & spunk. Their ability to go from hate to love
