The Beijing Memorandum
By: J.B. Morris

*REVIEW*

At first glance, The Beijing Memorandum is an intimidating book, and it is at that. This story is not an easy or light read, but that is because the plot is grounded in reality, thus making it more detailed. The hero, Moses, accidentally stumbles upon a secret plan created by China against Mexico. Moses sets out to stop this

I loved the main character Moses Remington, a Marine who survived multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Having seen the ravages of war he still had compassion for the fallen innocents. He is perfectly portrayed as an American hero, flaws and all.

Remington has a new challenge now – he has discovered China’s secret plan to overtake Mexico by murdering its president.

The story is generally fast-paced and loaded with realistic details of war and politics. With a bit over 500 pages the author

The Beijing Memorandum Offers Realism at a Fast Pace. Readers will not find many slowdowns in the pace of this novel. The author sets the plot rolling and building from the very first pages and keeps the pace through to the very end. The book is a long one--and it does have an intricate storyline. However, it is a realistic one that is developed very methodically. The novel's flow and organization help readers align the characters and the scenes without becoming bogged down in the details or ...more

Do you love an international thriller filled with terrorists, international plots, politics, death, wounded characters and perhaps a hint of coming romance? Then this is the book for you. The Beijing Memorandum involves a plot by China's plot with designs on Mexico. It was conceived and driven forward by China's top leader who

The Beijing Memorandum: America’s Worst Nightmare: The Chinese People’s Republic of Mexico is one of those books that intimidates me by its huge size. However, I quickly found out that all five hundred plus pages are full of “hold on to your seat” action. It was a thrilling ride I was put on.
The Beijing Memorandum: America’s Worst Nightmare: The Chinese People’s Republic of Mexico makes me want to find more books by J B Morris in the near future. He obviously is a talented author that keeps his

This read was unlike any other I have read previously and thrillers are definitely my thing. This one – this one was a whole other level of thriller.

I have to warn readers, there are trigger warnings, violence, sex which is perceived as rape, and language.

It was very heavy in politics, which I have to admit; made my eyes glaze over a bit, but when it wasn’t politics, I couldn’t read the story fast enough.

The story line is something that felt like it could really happen and wasn’t completely “out

There is a few good men out there

Politics is always dirty. The powers and above all the dirty deeds that chosen politicians always drive me nuts. This book is one amazing read.

The thrill of reading this book is phenomenal from the first chapter to the end. There is few good men out there who is willing to fight, suffer their life to bring peace and freedom to the country and above all the humanity. Morris is one of them. This guy sacrificed his family in honor of the call of duty. He won at the

The Beijing Memorandum by JB Morris took me on quite the ride alongside Former Marine Gunnery Sergeant Moses Remington as he strove to save Consulate General Gao Quan and his family from execution. I enjoyed the fast pace of this book and it reminded me a bit of the 24 TV series with how there was a lot of action and not a lot of dull moments. Overall I really enjoyed this book.
