The veiled universe is an amazing science fiction novel that contains eleven stories. These fictitious stories span over various imaginative intergalactic quests, extraterrestrial studies and also interesting advance technology usages. Each story that you read will draw you in as if you are already familiar with them from a long time, but the twists and turns will be spectacularly surprising and it will definitely keep you the edge of your seat.

The concept of vastness of the space and how little is known to us about the extend of the universe has been explored in an interesting way. The author has meticulously written each story with an alluring pace to keep the reader's attention to the max and giving them a suggestive outlook on how the story is going to end. The narration is so cool and it is definitely a must read for those who love some quintessential sci-fi adventures because that's what it really is, a fun and analytical accounts of that will satisfy a venturous spirit including myself. Mostly while reading a collection of short stories, I often choose three top favorites which stands out to me and for this book my favorites were - Quantum reality, Boötes and The Veiled universe. Yes, the title of the book is also the name of the very last story.

A well written book with engaging characters. I wouldn't compare it to other sci-fi books because I found this to be unique and special. I'm glad I picked this up for a read. Absolutely loved it and I cannot wait to read more works by the author.

A short story collection, The Veiled Universe: Cosmic Tales of Science Fiction by Rob Garnet consists of eleven short stories that all have some sort of strange cosmic scenario in it. Be it about humans time travelling or about humans trying to find the alternate universes, it is all there. My personal favourite was the one in which the protagonist is trying to find the origin of her species and so she comes across this "God" or rather, this super intelligent being who helps her in creating the humans.

The book is interesting, to say the least. And being a sci-fi lover myself, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The author's writing style was quite addictive too! I started and ended the book within a span of one day! It would have even been one sitting, had I not had to go and leave for my classes soon after, lol. So yeah, it is THAT interesting.

I think the only reason why the book isn't getting a full five star rating from me is because after the first five stories, the story ideas began to feel a little repetitive. I mean, I kind of new what to expect. Black Hole? Sure, something unreal is going to happen now. The fact that the unpredictable became predictable after a point is what annoyed me the most. I mean, I distinctly remember this story about a couple (not romantically, by the way) trying to steal diamonds, only to be sucked into a black hole and then coming out at the other end of the galaxy. Or the universe. Who knows? My point being, I could guess that. Getting? That's why the book didn't get a full rating from me. Otherwise, it is actually quite an interesting read. :)

There are barely a few science fictions that had the ability to grab my attention as well as my heart. This is one such book, that have me a different feeling towards the whole genre.
The book is not a huge one,and consist of 11 chapters whole together, which can be finished off in a go.
The chapters are different from one another and explains about the concept of time travel. I like how very well, even after using some complicated terms and scenarios, the author have been able to keep the book up to mark and simple.
Coming to the explanation of each things, ithas been done well, even someone with no real knowledge of the quantum reality, can easily get into the topic and dive into the chapters.
The cover is amazing and eyecatchy. The book overall is a recommended read.

The Veiled Universe by Rob Garnet is a very interesting book with collection of 11sci-fi short stories. Hats off to Author's imagination, each story is unique and questions one's concept/belief/learning about universe as mentioned in the blurb.

Would not want to disclose the plot and spoil the thrill of reading but all plots are interesting and entertaining. Though stories questions your belief/concept about universe you will still/end agreeing with author's plot/narration that's the beauty of these stories. Language is simple and narration is lucid. As its a collection of short stories it can be read at convenience.

Enjoyed reading each of them and would recommend to all sci-fi readers.

This book is through and through a sci-fi one.
There are so many different ideas there, that each one can be taken and made into movies… wow, that would be really exciting.
Pretty fonts, engaging stories and lucid language, do you need anything else to read a book?

I watched lots of sci-fi movies but haven't read any books untill now, this is my first read on Sci-fi, This is an amazing book which takes the reader through eleven different stories, while reading i was mesmerized by the Authors visualisation and how he explained everything from universe, black holes, galaxy, supervoid etc in a very simple way.
.
🛸 My fav stories from Book:
- The Last Heist
- Black Holes have hair
- Boötes
- Origins
- The Veiled Universe
.
.
Boötes: Serex grandfather is having very close realtion with Serex, Serex went to see his old ages grandfather who he called "Gramps", Gramps told him the secret which was hidden from everyone in family, Sixty year ago, Gramps and his colleagues lead an unsanctioned mission to Boötes constellation, they were going to examine supervoid in the region of space (Supervoid: They were region of space completely devoid of any galaxy or celestial bodies, with temperature nearing the absolute zero).
It all started when old man went to interview an alien as a part of project, aliens were at war with other galactic so the scientist developed Black bodies which absorb every bit of radiation that fall on them, they deploy many such Black bodies across their enemies empire, the disaster struck so government had shut down the project and classifies all the findings, old man still continue his research on his own now he wants his grandson to ask government to remove the restriction on project and ask them to stop all the destruction that they had created...

This book is based on science fiction. It will change your thoughts and after reading this you will be forced to ask a question to yourself about space. This book is divided into different chapters, and each chapter show different concepts that we learn about space in our childhood. Here a man named Adrian reached to the boundary of the galaxy where he was not let to go further. He had given his six years to reach to such a great way, and now he has to terminate his journey or the ship in which he is travelling will be blown. But wait this the end story of the book now comes many twists which we can't imagine. This book contains chapters which we were thought differently. We will come across crab nebula, harvest which tells about how we will do harvest in the future, the last heist, the ninth planet which was discovered, but they were again pulled back by the gravity, at last comes the title of the book the veiled universe. Adrain have tried hard and reach the end part where further he was not allowed to go, and he comes to know he was the fourth man and was again transferred back to earth. He is confused how to tell the story where no one will believe him. So, this book contains a lot of mysteries which will surely change our mind about universe. The way Rob Garnet has written this book just reminds that what if? This will happen. He has written this book very differently and for his effort you must read this book.

The Veilded Universe
Author : Rob Garnet @robgarnet
Publisher: @redknightbooks
Genre: Sci-Fi /Fantasy

The book is a blend of 11 cosmic tales revealing the secrets and mysteries of universe in a unique and creative perspective. The opinions to the unknown questions are portrayed in lucid terms thereby unveiling the untouched mysticism of our world. Imagination with science is a thorough blend of realism with fiction. What one thinks, can be true in the relative world of the observer. The book is entrusted with the concepts and beliefs engulfing the same.

My Take: The stories are dominantly intriguing and the imaginary world can be visualised easily. The book pampers the readers with its subtleties and intricacies of science and does not give a text book feel at all.

Critique: The book is fascinatingly framed yet there are tints of rhetorical aspects as there are other books and series which also reveals the same type of creativity. One such example is The black holes by Stephen Hawkins. Other than that, the concepts are overwhelming at certain places and the factor of belief lose its value there given the fact that book also misses some of the important editorial effects.

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟.4/5

P.S. "A book, too, can be a star, a living fire to lighten the darkness, leading out into the expanding universe" Somebody expressed it beautifully.

The Veiled Universe is a collection of 11 Sci-Fi ‘cosmic tales’ taking you through the ‘potential’ realities of this veiled universe that we are trying to discover since time itself. So these are just possibilities but are actually directly or indirectly based on the facts and discoveries till date and that’s because the author has sound knowledge of physics and space because of his twenty years’ experience with fields of science.

Also, most of the tales involve advanced science and technology because discoveries wouldn’t be possible otherwise. Talking about the writing style, it was fabulous and stories well researched. Despite stories being very complex in nature, there were not any loopholes, at least I couldn’t find any. Each story was well-plotted and executed. As being a student of science, I had no difficulties understanding scientific laws and the nature of celestial objects. However, I don’t think that really would affect any reader’s experience as long as they enjoy Sci-Fi genre.

So, if I would be reading more of sci-fi or anything related to space, the universe then thanks to Rob Garnet. He made me revive my curiosity about the freaking universe and all that I have been thinking and assuming about the same. I loved this book and I would recommend to anyone who has the same interests.

This book is one pile of eleven beautifully crafted short stories. Like the one we were largely told in South India that an old lady was living in moon making and selling bajjies.. First story was a theatre play, that happens deep in the space between Daniel and melou

Second story was about the crab nebula and it's history, fantastically given a form of story u can enjoy telling Ur kids.. my personal favourite too.

The third story is about a farmer helping the government and the people to manage the famine the been facing. This day he didn't expect he himself would his field for the greater good of his kind.. what did he grow and what could the danger because of his plantation.

With interesting titels and stories in them, rest of the book takes you into a deep space journey, to unveil mysteries and all the engrossing fictional stories that would be wonderful bedtime stories for kids.
.
.
Recommend: yes, may be as a warm up to another big book.
my personal favourite was the second and last chapter.. many other too to know more.. go into this journey.

The Veiled Universe: Cosmic Tales of Science Fiction Kindle Edition
Author : Rob Garnet
Version : Kindle
It is after long ever I laid my hands on a science fiction. I do not regret it. Always being fascinated by the science fiction movies , interstellar and the ones that are related to cosmos , stars , planets and the objects that we could never imagine of. Since the beginning of our school days we have learnt so many factors of science and universe. Some of us even go beyond the text books and get involved in the deep research.

The book title says it is a veiled universe. An indication that our universe has a lot of mysteries and wonders that we are unaware of. The book unveils the wonders in the form of 11 short stories. Each story begins and ends with a marvellous feeling. Each story challenges our conception of a concept and induces a new idea. It makes us think about the alternative theories and concepts.
The writing style is very gripping. As this is a science fiction , a lot of support of imagination to human mind is very necessary and this book justifies it. Also, the language is not very alien for the commoners to understand.

This is indeed a good book for all the story enthusiasts.

About the book :
The book is based on science fiction that is really interesting and good combination of knowledge with new ideas. I read science fiction very less so I liked the approch of the author as it has 11 short stories each dealing with something related to earth, planet, technology, Universe which is a perfect blend of ideas and thoughts for the readers who want to gain something from their fiction reading...
Now comming to the book The first six chapters Quantum Reality ,The Crab Nebula, The Harvest, The Last Heist ,The Ninth Planet deals with many things which are new ideas written in the form of stories. Those who are interested in reading science technology should do read these chapters. The last five chapters Origins Boötes, Black Death ,Aftermath, Black Holes have Hair, The Veiled Universe
These five chapters deals with black death which is a new concept which I got to know by one of the chapters. Each chapter has something new and unique for the readers to understand.
The cover of the book is quite catchy and intriguing.
I do recommend this book to students who want to experience a new journey in science n

First of all coming to the title 'Veiled' means cover with and 'Veiled Universe' indicates the Universe being covered with but with what?
Universe is a broad concept, till now none of us have discovered what exactly Universe holds?
No one knows the exact size of the Universe.
All we do know that the Visible Universe is at least 93 billion light years across. The universe has not always been the same size. Scientist believe it began in a Big Bang, which took place nearly 14 billion years ago. Since then the Universe has been expanding outward at very high speed.
So the area of space we now see is billion of times bigger than it was young.
The galaxies are also moving further apart as the space between them expands.

"The Veiled Universe" discuss about the mysteries of Universe.
After this read, readers are made to thing that what if we are living lie or living under someone's creation.
The book is short read hence can be completed in one go.
The book may seem very interesting to those who loves sci-fic reads.
Every chapter has a new concept and arise many questions among the readers.
The book cover is beautiful.
Overall one time good read.

Title : The Veiled Universe

This book is a bestseller science fiction from an international author. After reading the book , we are more probably going to change our scenario of the facts we know related to the earth.

This book has a collection of 11 stories which challenges every conception we have regarding our world. The title of the book ' The Veiled Universe " coincides with the stories in the book. The cover is attractive and appealing too at the same time. It's highly recommended for science students.

The author wants to make us understand that the earth is still a mystery . The more we delve into it the more deeper it gets. The universe is not what it has always been taught to us, but more beyond that . Many things are left to explore. In short , the universe has a veil infront. On exploring beyond , we can know what's actually is behind the veil.

I enjoyed it.

'The Veiled Universe', Cosmic tales of sci-fi is a short collection of 11 short science fiction stories.

Stories are basically on topics like Quantum Reality, The Crab Nebula, The Harvest, The Last Heist, The Ninth Planet, Origins, Boots, Black Death , Aftermath and Black Hole.

Each story is just amazing, the way the author had narrated each of them is commendable.

Facts related to space, universe are explained in simple terms that anyone can understand.

Depth of research and space, universe related stuff included makes book amazing read.

Space and Universe had always been my favourite topics to learn and explore about.

Every story here in this book will make you think and will just increase your curiosity to know more about space and Universe. Even after you complete reading the book it revolves around your mind.

Title goes very well with the book and cover too suits the book.

Not going into plots of stories , but narration, characters portrayed makes it a good read.

Kudos to the author for such an amazing book. Sci-fiction lovers grab the book !

Have you ever been read the science fiction short stories????
Hey guys,
Today, I'm doing the review of short stories which are base on science fiction topic......
So let's start,
Book: The veiled Universe.
Author: Rob .Garnet.
Star 💫rating: 4.5
Genre: science fiction.

Review :
Basically, the book is a short collection of science fiction stories I never read such kind and type of reading, and this read became my best reads ...
1st point I m not a science fiction reader,
When I picked this I didn't read the genre, just started reading it, the stories gave the flow and grab to the whole book...
I had completed in only one seat because all stories are fixed on point and given that point with one beautiful story.
The narration is like we are living, asking questions, and then having a story end with a good remark.
The title is unique...
And the cover is like covering the whole galaxies topic...
I loved this book whenever I used to pick sci-fiction genre I always felt boring but not this time ...
Loved it ...
Thanks for writing such good collection

Title: The veiled universe: cosmic tales of science fiction
Author: Rob garnet
Publisher: Red knight books
Pages: 74
Book review:

Have you heard of Nebula, Black hole, Dark web, Meteorites, Asteroids, Stars, Planets, Quantum mechanics?

Or do you like science fiction?

Well, if your answer is yes then I'd recommend this book of 11 short stories to you.

The vieled universe is a compilation of 11 such stories which you might have heard from here n there in layman language.
It makes me wonder how eloquently the author has written these brain storming stories in such a less number of pages.
The language is not only eloquent but is gregarious at the same time. Narration is commendable. If you are looking for something short, scientific and questionable, then you must pick this up!
