In public and on paper do you appear as a person who has it all together, but deep inside you know you’re a mess? Have you ever felt helpless or hopeless? Ever doubted yourself? Have you ever wondered if there’s more to life than what you’re living?
Author and speaker Trina Martin has felt every one of those things. Fortunately, she didn’t stay that way. After years of being broken Trina found a way to rebuild herself from the inside out. And she wants to share that transformational journey with you.
In From a Mess to 7 Steps to Create the Life You Deserve, Trina shares how she overcame the effects of abusive relationships, poor choices and low-self-esteem, and her roadmap to self-love, true freedom, and joy. With personal stories and inspiration, Trina will help •Get clear about who you truly are •Realize your mistakes don’t define you •Know you’re worthy of all God has for you
Unlike with traditional self-improvement books, Trina shares her real-life experiences, lessons learned, and wisdom gained through the years, which she puts into actionable steps so you can change your mindset, release bitterness, and start loving yourself to elevate your life and pursue your God-given destiny. If you follow the practical steps in this book, you’ll see your life start to shift for the better. You were not created to just exist in life. Get ready to live your life on intention.
A very good read about one woman's life journey. She gives an honest truth of her life, from her mistakes as a young woman, and how she turned those mistakes around to become the successful woman she is today. Very good job .
I received a copy of this book via Edelweiss in exchange for an honest review. All Thoughts and opinions are my own.
From a Mess to Amazing : 7 Steps to Create the Life You Deserve by Trina L. Martin. This book I felt was very helpful with the author's truthfulness about her life. We are given tips and ways to overcome our self doubt and work to become a strong more self care person. As with anything you have to put into action what you read and to make a habit of it. Helpful book.
