About the Book:

If you’re looking for that one colorful and cozy book your little one wants to read before bedtime again and again ... you’ve found it! A follow-up to the bestselling Ten Little Night Stars, snuggle your little one in their favorite jammies as they lift the flaps to learn their colors alongside cuddly animal friends in this bedtime board book.

My Review:

I always loved reading my children the lift-the-flap books. each time a page was turned there was a surprise waiting for them. They absolutely loved them. Well these type of books are still around and they are so sweet, cute, and full of gorgeous illustrations.

This precious book is perfect for bedtime. It talks all about getting ready for bed and all that goes along with it. And with each turn of the page it introduces a different color under the flap. It is a board book too, so its perfect for little hands.

I’m building a collection of fun and educational board books for my new grandson. I loved being read to when I was little and learning to read for myself opened up a whole new world. I hope to instill the love of reading and learning in my future grandchildren as well.

Sleepy Time Colors is an adorable board book that helps teach little readers their colors with sweet little rhyming tales of animal toddlers dressing for bed in their favorite colors.

“What is my favorite color?” each animal asks—revealing the answer beneath a lift-up flap.

The full-page illustrations are colorful and entertaining, and the thick pages are sturdy and easy for little fingers to turn.

Overall, this is an entertaining bedtime board book focusing on animal friends’ favorite colors.

I received this sweet book with flaps this week and can’t wait to give it as a gift to my nephew to read with his mom to his baby brother and sister. Sleepy Time Colors has just the right amount of words and teaches kids colors while helping them wind down for bed. Love it!
