This is a wonderful book. It has many tips to stay motivated, however, the book is filled with examples of people who got an opportunity to become IAS, PCS, IPS and many more..... But by reading this book one can easily stay motivated towards their goals no matter what it is. Overall, it's a good book and one should read this.
