Fantastic. My first Natalie Banks read and definitely won’t be my last!

When Claire wakes up from the memory of her husbands death and the months leading up to the train wreck where he was killed, only to find him in the kitchen as usual she is confused. And when the events that led up to his death in her dream begin to happen in real life, Claire begins to break down. Part love story and part suspense, this one will have you turning pages just as quickly as you can, and perhaps even evaluating

“Because in the end, all we really have in this life to hold onto…are the moments between.”

I would love to thank Natalie Banks for her generosity in allowing me to read her book early (arrives December 6)!

What would you do if you had one of those dreams that seems a little too real? One of those premonition types that makes your heart beat fast and race around trying to make sure it’s not indeed real?

This read was a heart racing, gut wrenching, heart awakening GEM! The meaning, the thoughts and

Natalie's done it again! She completely captures you in the story and you feel for the characters. She's got a gift for words and describing emotions. She doesn't disappoint in this novel. What a scary situation to find yourself in. Natalie did such a good job at piecing all the parts together and keeping you guessing until the end. You'll want to set time aside to read this one, because once you start, you won't be able to stop.

I'm completely speechless right now trying to gather the words to explain what this novel did to me. I have all the feels right now. Shock. Happiness. Sadness. Gratitude. Etc.
Claire wakes up one morning three months after her husband has died in a terrible train accident. She is alone in the house because her boys are at a sleepover. As she lingers in bed she remembers her grief and wonders how she'll keep living and get through it all. Then the strangest thing happens, her boys come in and

This was my first Natalie Banks novel. She did a fabulous job pulling me in and I found myself feeling the same emotions as the main character! My personal experiences brought the characters alive and I found myself needing to keep reading so I would know what happened! The main character has a dream that she has lost her husband, but wakes up to him being alive! She struggles to mesh reality with the realness of her dream.

I don't read much these days, but I found myself going back to this book

My first book by Natalie Banks and definitely will not be the last. What an interesting and lovely journey this book was. I was utterly hooked. It was intriguing and addictive to read.
The story was fast-paced, entertaining, and captivating, and kept me on edge the whole time I was reading, a page turning. And what a beautiful epilogue...

I'll be honest - the waiting to find how this book ended was too much for me and I stayed up late to finish it. Claire DuPont's life gets turned on its axis when her husband, Ben, is killed in a train accident on the way home from work - leaving her alone with two small kids. However, one morning, 6 months later, she wakes up to find him alive and well. Claire checks the date, only to discover it is actually 3 months before the accident ever occurred. She writes it off as a very vivid, yet ...more

What if you woke up one day and the husband you thought had died in a terrible accident months ago was alive again but not just that it’s 3 months before the day he died? Can you stop fate from happening?

Kudos to @officialnataliebanks for a unique concept that she knocked out of the park. This book kept me on the edge of my seat counting down the days till Claire’s Husband Ben would die. Reading her pain and mental struggle trying to grasp what seems to be her new reality was

I enjoyed this book. I felt that a bit more character development would have been better but overall it was a good quick read. The plot is that Claire's husband died, yet one morning she wakes up and it's like time had been restarted. She three months back where she started and she believes it was just a dream until things she dreamed of begin to happen. Unsure what's going on, she tries to let it go but is desperately unraveling as the time of death gets closer. Is it a dream or is it fate?

So many emotions as I finished reading this! Natalie Banks's attention to detail makes the reader feel like they are actually a part of the story. Her writing activates all of the senses. And the slow build up to the final chapter had my heart racing. Thank you to Natalie Banks for giving me the opportunity to read this book prior to it's release!

Have you ever had such a remarkably vivid dream that it affected you all day? A dream so powerful that you couldn’t shake it?

In Natalie Banks’ novel, The Moments Between, that’s exactly what happens to Claire DuPont, but in her case, the dream begins to bleed over into her reality, making her question everything in her life.

Six months prior to Claire’s dream, she tragically lost her husband of nine years, Ben, in a terrible train accident. Trying to adjust to her new life as a widow and single

I loved the premise of this book. The wife goes through an awful heartache of losing her husband, to wake up one morning and she seems to be transported back in time.

There’s her husband. Right in front her. Getting ready for the day, having already made a pot of coffee like he always does.

Claire is confused and also a little freaked out. Did she dream it? Did anything in her dream actually happen?

As the months go by, some parts of her dream become a reality and it begins to worry her that her

To say this is a great book is an understatement. It gripped me from chapter one and I had to keep reading because I HAD to know what was happening. Natalie Banks is an incredibly talented author. It's difficult to create characters who appear real and dynamic and believable, but Natalie's writing style makes characterization look easy. The characters feel like they could be people I know in real life. They are so well done, and her grasp on details, even the everyday ones that most people ...more

Natalie Banks is most definitely one of my favourite authors! This is her 4th book, and I have loved each and every one completely!
Never mind the overdramatic stories that are unrealistic and full of drama, Natalie's novels are real, moving and just beautifully written.

The Moments Between is another read that had my heart pounding from start to finish. I instantly felt so much empathy for the main character, Claire, and I felt her emotions myself while reading. I'm not ashamed to admit that I

The Moments Between, by Natalie Banks, follows the idea of “the Butterfly Effect” -if you saw the 2004 movie of the same title starring Ashton Kutcher- even the flutterings of a butterfly’s wings can alter the future. This novel tells the story of Claire DuPont’s premonition/flashback that her husband will die in a train accident on his way home from work.

Her life then jumps back in time, and the novel works its way back to the present tense, through Claire’s struggles with knowing what will

After loving The Water is Wide, I knew I needed to read more from this author and I simply inhaled this book! But later as other things she's imagined begin to come true, she worries that maybe it is simply fate taking her life on a collision course with destiny. Thank you Natalie Banks for providing me with a complimentary copy ofThe Moments Between!

This is a riveting story about Claire DuPont fighting to prevent the death of her husband Ben. Claire has a three month time frame in putting the pieces together of events that seem too odd to be coincidental. Claire also confronts longstanding family conflicts in her quest toward keeping Ben alive.
