Sotia cries at sappy movies and wishes she could take in all the stray dogs in the world. She lives in Athens, Greece, with her husband--whom she met through writing--their son, and their two rescue dogs, one of which might be part-pony.

Her genres of choice are romances with a twist and urban fantasy novels, always with vivid erotic elements. Her characters aren't exactly hero-material at first glance; she likes making them fight for their happiness. Still, the romantic in her can’t resist happy endings.

My Thoughts:
I was really excited about Reading this book and I was not disapointed.
I was very excited about this world as it was something I had not read about before in book, I was thinking how is this going to work. I was also looking for something New to read, not the same old. This was a fresh of breath air. The world bulding was soo good, the way the world was described and explained into Our world was briliant. Mix of old Greek Mythology With the here and now. I have to say I am suddenly a huge fan of Titans. :-)

Prometheus and Pherusa`s story was wonderful, I liked their back story and the way their story evolved. And OMG soooo hot. This Author Write HOT like no other, wow.
It was fast paced and not a single slow part in the book.
The bi- characters were so good, I want to know more about Ehros..

And now am looking forward to the Next book.
If you are looking for a cool New world, HAWT and fast paced. look no further.

DNF - quit at 52%
I read the prequel, Under, and it had me interested in reading Pherusa & Prometheus' story in this book. But I didn't enjoy this story- I just couldn't finish. I wish I could get my time back that I struggled with this story. The flow was way too slow. Seemed like it dragged on forever just getting to the 52% point. I was looking for other things to do (like watch TV- Flea Market Flip & My Lottery Dream Home, or go to bed early- instead). The main characters were not likable for me, I especially didn't like Prometheus as the main character, (at all!), & Pherusa seemed like a doormat. I didn't see why they supposedly fell in love over 3,000 years ago in the first place. Their original interactions (recapped over 3,000 years ago in their memories) seemed to start as a crush for her, & end up being based off the heavy petting sexual kind. This story seemed emotionally heavy handed, it was very draining for me to read. At the 52% point when I quit, it didn't leave me with any hope of it being resolved between the couple, though I know from the blurb & Eros' comments in the story, it would be resolved -if for no other reason than to save the world & move on to the next Titan's story in the series. I just didn't care enough to get to this book's world being saved.

At my age (approaching 60), life is way to short & my time is to important to force myself to read a book I'm not enjoying, especially when there are so many other books out there waiting to be read.

Alright, I tossed this on my reading list because I needed something a bit more lighthearted and fun, what with all the sombre I was drowning. Though it didn't live up to lighthearted, it was quite enjoyable. I really liked the re-imagining of the Titans and the Olympian gods. The world building was fun and the characters were fleshed out. They were more than a little tortured, and my heart broke for their long suffering, but they did get their happy ending, so all is well. The overarching story looks like it could get fun and like maybe the next book will be a bit more 'light' as well. I am very curious about Eros.

Having finished the free prequel Under, I was curious about Halie’s older sister Pherusa, a nereid, who has spent over 3000 years pining for her lost love, Titan in stasis Prometheus. Believing his love Pherusa betrayed him by revealing his hiding spot from his nephew Zeus, Prometheus promises revenge and any restitution against his betrayers. Only things happen by puppet master or sea witch Circe who predicts the future. And to save the planet and mankind, Circe’s full involvement is what makes these couples find happiness.

I love this combination of Greek mythos and modern themes! The story moves quickly keeping the readers attention focused! One can almost hear and smell the sea! This is a fascinating tale of love breaching the ages and reawakening old gods! There is enough humor to relieve some of the tension and intensity while maintaining the edge!

Sweet contemporary romance that focuses on Hellenic mythology.
Prometheus is freed from Zeus' curse and must seek out and win the heart of Pherusa, daughter of King Nereus, who he wrongly believes was the one that betrayed him to Zeus and condemned him to imprisonment. Their story is one about forgiveness, setting aside pride, and choosing to let the past lie in order to move on with the future.
Sotia's books are all pretty steamy, and this one is no exception.

Titan Love

Absolutely loved this story, the characters were fun sexy and I loved their banter. The author pulled me into the story from the very beginning and left with me waiting more. This is a second chance romance centered around Titan brothers and their soul mates. Pherusa is a nereid or mermaid she lost her love over three thousand years ago he was a TITAN who Zenus supposed held him captive in Tartarus. The Titans would not be set free until all Gods of Olympia have vanished and no remenants remain on earth. There is another reason why Titan
Prometheus has awoken and been set free and it has to do with his Sire. Pherusa. Can Prometheus trust in the words his love speaks or did she betray him? On a journey to save the world before Prometheus comes unhinged their love and trust need to grow in order to protect everything on Earth. I can't wait to read what happens next. Happy Reading!!

Love will always prevail

It was an interesting book to read.
It's amazing how love can bring them back together even after such a long time. It is typical how 'men' can act like jerks when theyvthink they have been betrayed......luckily his soulmate isn't going to break

This book is recommended for readers aged 18+ due to graphic sex scenes.

DNF: got 56% through. I had high hopes for this one, being a lover of Greek mythology and all. What I found though, was an interesting plot that got drowned out by the sex scenes. I'm not terribly into that much steam so it was a turn off, ironically. I also found enough editing errors that it was difficult to get through. Sometimes I can over look that, but between the two problems I had, I just couldn't finish it. Too bad.
