A good book to align with my evaluation. Comparing and contrasting the standards and qualities helps verify that I am on the "right path" according to research, and EXPERIENCE. Vision matters. Instruction matters. Data matters. Collaboration matters. ALL of the gurus of US education are referenced in this book. An easy read with many useful summaries and checklists.
