My Prez thinks I betrayed his trust . . . but I didn't.

I did the only thing I could think of at the time. I went to the one person who just might believe my ass - the national charter Prez, Rancid. Fortunately for me, he believed every word I told him and had me lay low for a while.

The plan he made was foolish at best and got me in deeper shit than I was in

This was one twisted story !The story had you intrigued right from chapter one and had you turning the pages to the very end.I have to say we really enjoyed the characters some more than others. This is not the kind of story that was easy to read but, it was one that had a lot of moving parts and one that took on a lot of twists and turns and more than a few surprises.

Gamble was one of those character's that had been to hell and back and yet, she now is living in a whole other kind of hell.Gamble

Gamble might have a dark past but she finds herself in what used to be considered a man's world...MC prez. She proves herself but with a dangerous man who gives her a gift and others who don't like the way she's in charge. Things are about to get even more dangerous.

Hart is an interesting man. I love the slow build between these two but when you Gamble on a man's Hart and bet against're going to lose.

There is a lot of action, suspense, a wicked se* dream that gets caught by the person

I've read a lot of MC books, but this one is heartbreaking with a lot of evil mixed in. Gamble has been thru hell and it's only going to get worse. There is a lot of danger, death, surprises, and a HEA in a strange way. can't wait to see what happens next.

Hart is pretty much exiled by his club because his Prez thinks he did him dirty. When the national charter Prez assigns Hart to a new charter the last thing he expects is for them to have a female Prez and for her to open his heart

Gamble has been to hell and back all she wants is a good life .. When she is named Prez of her charter can she gain the guys respect . When Hart walks in cocky as hell she knows this is going to be a bad thing but there is something about him she is drawn to

Gamble has had quite a journey. Not an easy one to say the least but she's standing strong and with Hart and the Royal Bastards Baltimore by her side I doubt there's a chance she'll fail. Elizabeth Knox as always has created another 5 star read,! I'm anxiously awaiting to see what comes next.

If there is one thing I know about Elizabeth Knox, it's that she knows how to write an amazing story and I'm never going to be disappointed. This book was no exception, I legit couldn't put it down this evening! It seriously grabs you from chapter one and doesn't let up until the end. It's a dark story filled with a lot of emotion and some pretty gruesome scenes and those first few chapters are for the faint of heart.

Gamble had a rough start to her late teens/adult life. She's basically been a

Bet on Me Royal Bastards MC - Baltimore book 1 by Elizabeth Knox is by far a thrilling, twisted, dark story of the Royal Bastards MC. This is one book that you will not be able to put down only leaving you wanting more. What a wild dangerous ride the reader will embark on as you follow Gamble who becomes Pres of the Baltimore chapter after years of abuse and torment by the Nat. President Rancid, who is a sick, twisted evil man who destroyed her whole family and the man she loved. Now he puts her ...more

WOW! A fast paced story that will have you turning page after page until you run out of pages! Outstanding story line in that, well I don't want to give anything away, just know it's great! Although it is quite a rough ride and you will feel your hatred for Rancid grow by the second, what happens to Gamble makes her who she is today. Taken by that piece of crap Rancid when she was 15 years old and made to be his sex toy, she is now fully grown and waiting for the time when his life ends. He has ...more

“Gamble is gonna be the Prez of the Baltimore charter...Consider her the most exclusive club whore you can all have.”

Malice, evil and wickedness are all descriptive terms for Rancid a man who rules through fear and spilling blood. The only survivor from when Rancid wiped out her father’s club she has been his personal sex you for too many years to count. Abused but not broken he has one final twist left, killing the only man she’s ever let love her and making her his replacement. Can she turn

I was a bit confused when I started this story but it all makes sense once I read it. Gamble is the epitome of a Bad A$$ woman who is dealt a difficult hand being told that any President can take her, then being raped by another president and then being named President of the Baltimore Chapter knowing that a woman has NEVER been named before. Hart hasn't had it easy also but with him he handles his issues internally. Told to leave his MC because of a misunderstanding with his President was not ...more

It's taken me a bit to get on the "Royal Bastards MC" bandwagon, but now that I'm on it, I find it to be a fast-paced vehicle with all the twists and turns a good MC series needs. "Bet on Me" by Elizabeth Knox is the first book in the Baltimore Chapter and what a great opening for this chapter of the Royal Bastards. To be honest, I can't find it in me to like Rancid, the national prez. I think anyone of his actions should individually or in combination need to be used on him. This also makes me ...more

Thrilling! Elizabeth delivers one rough and tumble spin, showcasing an impressive storyline and gripping plot, balancing a razors edge, throwing this bad boy into a tizzy with shocking results. You get the whole kit-n-caboodle, action packed, hard hitting, nailbiting, heart pounding, pulse racing, adrenaline pumping, page flipping, block busting bombshell, blasting this baby to life brilliantly. Add intrigue, turmoil, danger and mounting suspense, along with a

***FYI there is talk of abuse in this book***Well I sure did not see this book coming? At first, I was a bit confused. Any MC books I have read always has a male MC as a main character. So when I realized the MC was a FEMALE!!! YES a FREAKING FEMALE!! Soooo needless to say this book had me hooked. This one is a good one. Gamble has suffered her whole life. She has just recently gone through some tragedy and is now the Prez over the Baltimore chapter. So why did Rancid name her as the Prez? What ...more

Heck yes! This book started my February out with a hell of a bang!!

I absolutely loved everything about Gamble. This chick has been through hell and back, yet somehow her “punishment” ended up being the best thing for her! She has brass balls, a smart mouth and a bunch of men who now respect her. What more can you ask for in an empowering female lead??

It was so epic that she was kicking ass and taking names when she had to tell people she was prez. She didn’t even hesitate to ask for help, but

This week I have had the pleasure of reading two books by Elizabeth Knox up until then I had not read any. I am hooked and totally in!!!! I have enjoyed them both but this one oh man its hit all the emotions you could possibly have while reading a book. Twisted, action, heartbreak, dangerous, suspense, ass-kicking, betrayal and a little bit of love.

"Bet On Me" had me totally engrossed in every word, the good the bad and the downright sick words. The flow and action of this book kept you with the

The Royal Bastards MC books have been fun to read with the various authors writing them!

Bet on Me starts off with a very intense prologue with Gamble. She has endured years of abuse at the hands of the Royal Bastards national president and he has recently set her free to return to Baltimore. Gamble ends up being named president of the Baltimore Chapter and we get to see how strong of a character she is while taking on the men of her charter to gain their respect and settle situations they face

Gamble was kept a prisoner and sex toy for ten years by the man who killed her family and decimated her father's M/C. Rancid was a psychopath and President of the National Royal Bastard Clubs...he let her go back to her home in Baltimore for a while, but kept tabs on her, and when someone told him she was having affair with Club President, Dog, he claimed Dog was trying to take over his reign and tortured him, not killing him until Gamble got there...Hart was from a club in the western regions ...more

Rancid is a dangerous and ruthless national prez. He had just as soon end your life than to look at you.
Gamble has lived a dark and heartbreaking life for the past ten years being Rancid's s*x toy. After murdering Gamble's lover, Rancid wanted to make a mockery of her by naming her the new prez of the Baltimore chapter. He wants her to fail. Little does he know he has unleashed a strong and confident woman. She has a secret that she must hide otherwise she will be his next target.

I don't OMG much but this is an OMG book.

Gamble was brought up in a club. She watched the pres of another club kill all of her family. He saved her for his latest teen aged "mistress." He never treated her well, but drug her around everywhere he went. Finally he let her go back to the club she was raised in, in Philly.

Next thing we know, Rancid is demanding her presence. When she gets there Dog, the man who she not only loves but is the pres of the club she was sent back to. Rancid found out

I love a book with strong characters, and especially when the female lead is strong. Hart and Gamble are a perfect duo, they complement and ground one another perfectly.
This book is gritty and will keep you on your toes. I loved all of the characters, the good, the bad and the ugly. With the life she has been forced to lead, you’d think Gamble would be broken and beyond repair, but she isn’t she is strong and beautiful and determined. I loved her initial meeting with Hart, and I loved that he

The RoyalBastards do again. I love this series and couldn’t put this book down, i finished it in one sitting.
Gamble and Hart are made for each other, he has been forced to leave his MC and she is forced to be in the MC. They both have been to hell and back and are trying to survive in their own way.
She is the first ever MC President, it was done to break her and show that she is nothing but club property. She turns it around and proves that she can do it better then the men.

The entire Royal Bastards MC series so far certainly is not for the faint of heart. This MC can be intense, brutal, callus towards non members, and loyal to their "brothers"...except for Rancid. He cares only for himself and if "brothers" get in the way, destroy them. Gamble was a 15 year old girl who watched as Rancid murdered her family and kept her as his personal sex slave for 10 years. She finds love and happiness with the Baltimore Chapter, but Rancid destroys that too. And, to further ...more

These two are perfect for each other. Gamble has had a very rough past ten years. Her family was murdered and she was taken as Rancid’s pet. Her life was getting better when she fell for Dog, the prez of the Baltimore charter. She ends up losing him and afterwards, Rancid makes her the new Prez. Making it as a way for any of the other Prez’s to use her as a clubwhore, and also making it a joke. Rancid just didn’t think she would do a good job. With other Prez’s help, Gamble steps up and brings ...more

What an outstanding yet rough ride this MC storyline is. The author has given us a very hard hitting, thrilling storyline that kept me on edge as well as glued to the pages. The characters are well written and you will end up loving some and despising others.

Gamble’s life is ripped to shreds when she is a teenager when he family is murdered and she is taken by Rancid to be his private sex toy. He keeps her for years and torments her everyday of her life. Just as she thinks she’s finally gotten

The thing that hit me the hardest in the entire book is the chapter that started with the quote "You are being presented with a choice: evolve or remain. If you choose to remain unchanged, you will be presented with the same challenges, the same routine, the same storms, the same situations, until you learn from them. Until you love yourself enough to say “no more”, until you choose to change. ~ Unknown". So many aspects of the book rotate back to that premise. Rancid is so evil and watching how ...more

Wow! This book is spectacular. It is a great way to start off the Royal Bastards MC Baltimore chapter. I could not put it down once I got started. I read it straight thru till I read the last word. Who needs sleep. I had to know what would happen with Hart and Gamble. They have some really hard things to overcome and figure out how to move forward. Elizabeth Knox did something a little different with her entry into this shared world. She put Gamble, her FMC into a place where you don't normally see, and it was an interesting place for it.

I like Gamble. She has been in a difficult place and has managed to come through it. I think that she's willing to do a lot of things to keep herself safe, and I don't blame her for that, because she's got to deal wit Rancid, and she has to walk carefully there.

Hart, the male main character, is kind of a
