While conflict was something that I usually avoided this book gave me a great perspective and a new approach to not only face it head in but come out of it together. I recommend this book for anyone regardless of occupation!

I'm not generally a fan of the management fable but Johnston has created a wonderful medium for communicating critical management and leadership principles in a way that illustrates how to effectively put them into practice. I cannot think of a better way to show how these ideas can work in groups of different personalities and backgrounds. I have had challenges managing teams and the ideas in this book will help me remedy some of the things I still do wrong. This book is a solid guide on how to get past the arguments and politics and get things done.
