This was another great book in this series from Kay!
I thought that the plot was very well developed and it was a real page turner for me and the story certainly had me hooked! There was action throughout the book and it was a really great storyline. I liked the pace from the author too - it was a great read overall.

Yes yes yes! I'm such a sucker for paranormal shifter romances, and this one's no different, except that it's MM which means my quiet reading time is punctuated with shrill fangirl screams. I was captivated from the first pages up until the very end, the story line was super interesting and the author had me completely invested in what was happening with our main characters.

This is the third book in this series, and while it is not necessary to read the other before it would definitely be recommended. I think my biggest issue with this book as opposed to the other two in the series I've read so far is that even though the two characters are theoretically enemies at first, there is no real enemies-to-lover type dynamics. It's more of a insta-love with some reluctance kind of thing. I would have really liked to have more conflict.

Another great addition to the Chevalier series. The author had continued the trend of amazing, full-fleshed out characters and a storyline that drew me in from the first chapter. It was easy to lose myself in the story and the ending has me so looking forward to reading the next book.

Kay Doherty continues to up the game in the latest installment of the Chevalier Pack. Her characters continue to pull you along on a twisting road of paranormal romance and adventure. Their attempts to unravel the adopted mystery their namesake as they carve out a safe home only propels this installment to its nail biter of an ending.
Hearts Of Magic is a fantastic addition to the Chevalier series. Colby is a fantastic -and different - character and Colby and Theran are a great couple. All I can say is after THAT ending, I can't wait for Book 4. If it's Ean and Matthias' story, it's gonna be awesome!!

This was such a fun and action packed read. Colby was awesome and very powerful as a sorcerer, and his mate was a wolf shifter, Theran. Their relationship was adorable and even humorous at times. I loved the magic and most of all I loved the feeling of family and love. Totally riveting story.

This is one of those series that I get more emotionally invested in with each book. It also seems like each fated mated pair gets just a little bit more complicated. There was absolutely no way that having Theran and Colby be destined made sense. Colby was on a mission to find out more about the Chevalier Pack, he had no idea that he would find out more about them than he bargained for.
