In Paris, he was abandoned as she created a masterpiece. In New Mexico, she found inspiration all while he couldn’t write a single lyric. In New York, he was given an ultimatum just as she ignored her agent’s emails. In Colorado, everything changed.
Zona Carver finds inspiration for her novels in unlikely places, but when she decides to go see Sebastian March in concert, she doesn’t expect to inspire him. On a whim, he asks her to go on tour, but Zona has a complicated past with the music business and returning to her old life leaves her feeling uncertain.
Before she can worry about the consequences of her actions, she’s packing up her entire life and hopping on a bus with Sebastian.
City by city, words are written, and memories are made, but the past has a pesky way of catching up to you.
What happens on the road, doesn’t always stay there, and hopefully they can survive the wild ride.

You know how some books you pick up and you don't know what to expect, I find those often the best type of reads as you don't have those high expectations which often I find can lead to disappointment especially in books as often they don't quite live up to the greatness we have built in our minds. In Thank You, Next Chapter we meet Arizona aka Zona and Sebastian aka Seb. Zona is busy writing romances under a pen name and looking for a muse as she has had a rocky few years after one bad move led to her being blacklisted in the music community. Seb has hit a wall with his writing of songs ever since his long-term girlfriend whom he was going to propose too dumped him. When Zona is invited to a friend's concert where he is headlining for Seb, Zona goes along. During the concert though she is caught by Seb reading a book while mouthing the words to his song. Seb is captivated by Zona and wants to meet her. Later he discovers she is best friend's with his tour buddy Hunter. Over the next course of the novel, Seb offers Zona - a writing gig to write his biography for him. She readily accepts and goes on tour with Seb etc. During the book, we will read as the pair gets closer and soon become each other's muses and inspirations and will help each other grow in their ways. I loved this book as the connection between Zona and Seb was written so beautifully and you couldn't help but connect with both characters on a deeper level and somewhat intellectual as I am a wordsmith and writer myself. There was just something amazing and genuine between the two main characters that you can't help but love their personalities and you want to cheer for the both of them to finally find happiness and grow into something bigger in themselves and each other. Thank You, Next Chapter by Cassie Graham is one of those books that I recommend every wordsmith/artist at heart to add to their to-read lists.
Look, I read Thank You, Next Chapter in one sitting...with no bathroom break. I thought it was an excellent and adorable book. Well written, never lagged, and it never bored me.
I loved both of the characters (which oddly hardley ever happens for me in these types of books) and their relationship dynamics and especially loved Cassie’s writing in this one. The flow of the entire plot and journey really amazed me all the way through.
Not only that, but her descriptions and her sceneries really hooked me. Going through this adventure with Zona and Sebastian really had me feeling alllll the feels. Nostalgia, peace, heartache, love. It was fantasic.
I feel like Thank You, Next Chapter has a little bit of everything that readers are looking for. Sincerity, fun banter, sweet romance, and adventure. The story itself has huge meaning and watching these two characters grow and learn together was really the best experience for me.
i was very blessed and lucky to be chosen to read this story as a beta reader and let me tell you that I legit could not put this book down! It was so amazing! It has a little bit of everything- it gives to that small town romance feel. But it was def not your average typical love story!!!! This story legit just flows- keeps getting better and better with every scene! I absolutely loved it!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank You, Next Chapter has a little bit of everything that readers are looking for! Reading a dream come true novel. Fun banter, sweet romance, adventures, and quirky to the galore. I was able to read in one sitting. Definitely an excellent and adorable book.
The main characters, Sebastian and Zona, had me on the edge of my seat. The chemistry was pure perfection. This assisted with creating a positive flow for the plot and journey to thrive.
The love from Sab is beyond sweet and cute. Readers can help but fall in love with him. Zona is relatable and truly thrives in the course of the book.
Well written, never lagged, and it never bored me. I enjoyed being able to escape with Seb and Zona. Cassie has an impeccable ability to infuse dual POV with such ease and gives the reader a better insight to each character motive.

Y’all this may be the cutest story I’ve ever read, and I don’t just say that because I love Cassie. (But I do!)
Sebastian and Zona have such an incredible and interesting bonding experience at the beginning of the book, and I love that things don’t move super fast. This is a slow burn “I know you both have feelings” type of book. But, when they do get together, it’s even better, so pure and different from most books I’ve read.
I couldn’t be happier with that way Cassie wrote and left this book, big kudos to her and I can’t wait to see what happens with Holden.
I was so happy to have been chosen to read an ARC of Thank You, Next Chapter.. and it was my first Cassie Graham book! This story follows Seb, a musician and Zona, an author who is writing his biography. TY,NC has enough of a rockstar romance vibe without being overly gritty, and you really feel for the characters. I can’t wait to read more by Cassie!
Superstar musician Sebastian March meets reluctant to fame writer Arizona...Seb and Zona have both been burned by love in their own ways but when Zona signs on to go on tour and write Seb's biography, the sparks are undeniable! These two are meant to be in every way and theirs was a heart fluttering, butterfly flapping, chill inspiring journey! These characters were flawed in a way that makes them so, incredibly real and the obstacles they faced healed their individual brokenness in such an inspiring way. And talk about a Hollywood ending! I was in the cheering section for this couple and there I'll remain!
The thing with some romance books is you either love the characters or they miss their mark for you. The plot can be just right, but characters can kill that plot in a heartbeat.
For me, the characters pretty much did that for me with this one. I'm not saying the book was ruined by the characters. However, the characters did pull from the overall story.
The heroine, Zona, was handed to us as a strong, independent character. But her actions and thoughts were the opposite. She forgave and gave into things too fast. She was almost a pushover. I wanted a heroine with more of a backbone. A character who would stand up for herself and take charge more.
Even with my lack of connection with the heroine, I did mostly enjoy a lot of the book. I just needed a little more strong conflict in some areas. The book would go towards conflict and the heroine was just give in. Had the heroine been a little stronger, the book would have been much better for me.
Rock stars are my jam and I also enjoy a sassy heroine, so Thank You, Next Chapter had me excited. This story had a lot of potential, but I missed grit and drama and it was just a bit too cookie-cutter sweet for my tastes.
The lead characters are both likeable, and I felt a connection with them. Zona and Seb have an angst-free relationship on the whole, until a bump in the road towards the end.
I enjoyed these characters, however, the story missed the mark for me in a number of key elements. There are a few plot holes, inconsistencies and some unrealistic character traits that I found distracting. The pace of the story lagged towards the middle and never really recovered.
Having said that, if you like a sweet romance with a hot pop star, this book is for you.
Sebastian stole my heart with his personality. He wasn't like any other musician and was involved in all processes concerning his tour. Seb loves his fans and making his own songs. Penelope seemed like a wonderful manager. The villains were all awful and deserved what they got.
I was lucky enough to beta read Thank You, Next Chapter by the ever so talented Cassie Graham. While this is a rockstar romance it still has almost that small town romance vibe, which I loved!! This is the story of pop sensation Sebastian March and best selling author Arizona 'Zona' Carver. It's not only their love story but the story of them both truly finding themselves. That's where the small town feel comes in. Both characters have been hurt in the past and they have to get over it and deal with their own struggles to be with each other completely, especially Zona. While being a strong woman she has to fight for it which is wonderful to see since its so real. This book had all the feels. I found myself angry at times, laughing at times and bleary eyed too. So glad to have had the chance to beta for Cassie!!
THANK YOU, NEXT CHAPTER by Cassie Graham was like reading a dream come true. The main male love interest is so sweet that you can't help but love him. The female love interest is relatable and grows so much over the course of the book. I enjoyed being able to escape with Seb and Zona for a while, and the dual POVs really helped me understand them and their motivations. THANK YOU, NEXT CHAPTER is sweet, steamy, and dreamy.
Cassie has a way of captivating me from the very beginning and keeping my interest all the way through to the end. Another book by her that I couldn't put down. Can't wait to read the next one!
I'm not usually a rock star romance kinda girl, unless it feels like the glamorous Jackie Collins reads I devoured back in the 80s.
That said, Cassie Graham's Thank You, Next Chapter actually hit the spot with me because it wasn't that way. It was a light, breezy, fun read. That's how you have to read it, because if you let in thoughts of the real world it will spoil it for you.
Sebastian is the kind of hero we all want. He is a golden boy. 23 and a superstar and very grounded. This is where you have to step into fantasy land because as a girl that followed the careers of many rock stars (and I've read so many) Sebastian's life is just way too perfect to be real.
Then there's Zona. Uh she's 30...going on 23. I love her for all her quirky weirdness and that a romance novelist gets to write a rock star bio. Again..rock star is 23.
I'm just going to ignore that and go to la la land, because the love story between these two is precious. Complete with evil exes and psycho back up singers.
Sebastian and Zona had great chemistry from the start and they were such great characters, making this a perfect summer read, for a girl that's had an attention span of a fruit fly when it comes to books right now.
I love a good rock star romance and this one was no exception. But it was also so much more.
I found Sebastian (Seb) and Arizona (Zona - LOVED her nickname!) to be a bit of an unlikely pair, but oddly their romance was so believable. They both had been burned by someone they trusted with their heart and weren't so willing to let someone new into their heart. Yet, despite those walls they had built, they just couldn't resist each other.
I loved how not only did they compliment each other in their relationship, but that they brought out the best in each other artistically!
It was a sweet love story without a ton of angst. The villains were evil and made you love to hate them. Hunter and Pen were wonderful supporting characters and I adored them both. And Seb's family - well I want to go for a visit!
